After 15 years, the quality of their worked has declined. They didn't have the correct equipment to do the job. They needed constant reminding to trim shrubs and bushes, they didn't pick up clippings, just blew back in the yard. Such a disappointment after so long. This company fell through on promises and timelines so many times. I made a deposit in May and then they became ghosts. I spoke with Karen and Micheal repeatedly to assess when the project would begin. Never an apology. Always an excuse. I felt like my business didn't matter to them. The contract was signed in May. The work didn't begin until the middle of June. The technician that was sent out had no real idea of the plan that Michael and I had discussed. I had to brief him on what the landscaping plan was. I requested and paid for a barrier to go under the mulch. The landscaper didn't come with enough and just spread the mulch anyway. the weeds that had grown up while waiting for the work to be done were not treated; so a day later they were springing up. I called to talk to Michael about it. Again excuses and a promise to come out and treat the mulch with weed killer. No one from Vivid Lawns came. I truly was underwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend them to put plants in a pot, let alone do landscaping. read more

Vivid sprays my yard at a great price. I began using them after I moved into my house 8 months ago. Spring/Summer is here and my grass is green and thick. It is an easy, trouble free arrangement. I went in to office to see if someone could give me an estimate on a drainage problem. Office personal were really helpful. Someone was supposed to contact me within 24 hours. Three days later I called to find out what happened. Within 10 minutes he called me. Made appointment for next day,he came and told me what he would do and would have the estimate in next 24 hours. 2 weeks later still No estimate. I will never call the again. This is the worse lawn service ever. They come to the sub division EVERY SINGLE SATURDAY. I tried contacting this company. NO RESPONSE. VOICEMAIL only. OUR grass is DEAD. They scalp it to the clay. After you tell the non-speaking grass cutters not to cut the lawn, here they come cutting it. I am sick and tired of them coming here. I wish our HOA would stop using them. I have complained to this company I have complained to our HOA - to no avail they still come.. Please LEAVE!!! Don't use their service - unless you want dead grass. Complete lack of communication and responsibility. Installed faulty equipment in my water feature, refused to honor the warranty, replaced it with a used pump which lasted a month. Will not return calls or texts, spent almost $7k on the landscape and now will have to spend more due to this absolutely horrible company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My experience with VIVID was terrible. The one VIVID did service my yard it was if it has never been cut. Additionally, I received a bill that was not a reflection of the service that was performed on my yard. I would not recommend the business to anyone. read more
