It has taken over two months of phone calls, emails and multiple requests to get an issue basically unresolved. They must be so busy that they don't need additional customers. The request was simple. We purchased a business already using their services. All we wanted to do was get the services put in our name. They wanted over $5000 to upgrade a system that was already working. And that wasn't even a full upgrade. That was the bare minimum upgrade. Per Mar employees would call me and tell me they could do it. Then they would call me back and tell me they couldn't. Then a different employee would call me back and say let's sign up. Then another employee me would call me back and tell me they actually can't sign me up. I tried and tried and tried to give them my business. Unfortunately they don't want it. And I definitely don't recommend calling them. The sad part for them is that I would have paid for the upgrade if they had just transferred services from one business owner to the next giving us the opportunity to work with them. Instead, I will tell everyone what a train wreck Per Mar Security is.

Schrock Innovations replaced my old hard drive with a solid state drive improving my computer's…read moreperformance considerably. And when it is time to get a new computer, they can just put this solid state hard drive and the new ram from this computer into the new one. When changing the drive, they were able to clone the old drive so it not only still had all my software on the new drive but it also knew my network. Just had to plug in the improved computer and get to work. They also installed a program that protects my computer from all viruses and trojans. The service was great and the tech very knowledgeable. Will call on them for all future computer needs.

I needed a 50-year old dial combination safe opened. After calling a few places that advertised…read moresafe cracking, I finally found Strauss/SEI and they said they could do the job. A few days after dropping off the safe, the gentleman I was working with, Dan, said he had tracked down the company that bought out the original manufacturer, and they could get me the combination if I jumped through a few minor hoops and sent them a form (and some cash!). I got the combination a few days later and went to Strauss to try it out. At least 4 of us tried to get it open, to no avail, but it was great that Dan hunted down this option and offered it up. So, we had to go back to the safe-cracking route. It took a few days for the technician to get to my safe and another one, but he was able to get it open. They don't open the door, just get the lock to release the mechanism and have you come in to get it. I picked up the safe and got my items out. Dan was even nice enough to help me with disposal options for the now unusable safe. Pricing was very reasonable, and service was excellent. Highly recommended!

He is reordering the doors to what we had originally asked for from the company. I am appreciative of a company that cares enough to make the effort. Original Review: Buyer beware - I would avoid this company at all costs. Had to replace doors at the church after a break-in. They came measured were told what was needed and then charged premium $ for doors that were nowhere close to what was previously there. The locks were incorrect - the stain was at least 3 shades lighter than all the doors on the floor - the safety window was not actually safety glass but plain clear single pane glass and was a different size. When told about the inconsistencies were unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistakes basically telling the church you're SOL.
