It started off so well…read morebecause I did not know what I was doing because I normally wash at home and I accidentally put softener beads in one of the machines, however Tony came over with a smile and quickly took them out and allowed me to use a machine across from it. Then he explained to me how to use the beads properly within the machine. They keep this place spotless and comfortable with seats everywhere. I loved how clean the clothes were and how quickly they dried. Top notch place to wash and dry your clothes. Thanks again for great customer service. Oh and LOVE LOVE the QR code to pay to avoid a bunch of quarters!! BTW, you don't even need to download the app on your phone if you scan the QR code 1st. You're welcome that was free.

I have the 24 hour access and come here with the intention of washing safely however, a man not aggressively until one of the other customers finally let him in and that changed the entire environment I didn't even get to fold my clothes. I understand it can be difficult to handle and monitor who walks into the facility however safety wise it definitely impacts how comfortable you are washing. I hope somebody can take a look and hopefully look for improvement. The man was definitely intimidating to other customers, and they ended up opening when someone had to exit the laundromat.

The washing machines and dryers are awesome and the place is clean but it gets pretty crowded and the parking lot is packed. I'll keep going here but those are my common annoyances. The homeless aren't as bad as other places but they are here. They setup a little camp in the parking lot by the dumpster and beg on the street but aren't as bad as the other laundry mats. There is a Burger King here to eat while you wait and a boostmobile in the same strip mall which kinda leads to the congestion and excessive cars.

I had a little confusion on how to use the machines, so the owner Chris helped me out and got me set up very quickly. Both Chris and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Fyi if its your first time, make sure to get a laundry card from the kiosk next to the vending machines. I saw on Yelp that they accept Apple Pay and tried to tap my phone onto the reader on the machines without realizing you need a laundry card. I'm not from this area, but I would definitely recommend coming here if you live in the area and are in need of larger machines!

Later I realized she was yelling at everyone who was already washing and drying that she's kicking everyone out soon. There was no last call for washers, as every other place does. The woman cleaning was so extremely rude. She turned the lights off on me and 5 other people. Forced us to remove our wet laundry and insisted we get the F*** out. I want to say I hate to leave this review!!
