This is my second time coming here and so far, so good. I come either early when they open or late…read moremorning. I can't speak to the crowd at any other time but I've not had any issues at these times. I like that it's cashless because I never carry cash. My first time here, the card loader machine was finicky and would only let me add $5 at a time to the card, but one load ended up being $3 something, so that wasn't really an issue. I'm impressed by how clean the machines seem to be. I used a machine this time that last time I saw a woman soaking something in. (Not sure what she was doing but the water was dark grey) I was a little hesitant but the machine actually looked quite clean. The employees I've interacted with are always pleasant. My clothes get clean.

I had a little confusion on how to use the machines, so the owner Chris helped me out and got me set up very quickly. Both Chris and his wife are very friendly and helpful. Fyi if its your first time, make sure to get a laundry card from the kiosk next to the vending machines. I saw on Yelp that they accept Apple Pay and tried to tap my phone onto the reader on the machines without realizing you need a laundry card. I'm not from this area, but I would definitely recommend coming here if you live in the area and are in need of larger machines!

Later I realized she was yelling at everyone who was already washing and drying that she's kicking everyone out soon. There was no last call for washers, as every other place does. The woman cleaning was so extremely rude. She turned the lights off on me and 5 other people. Forced us to remove our wet laundry and insisted we get the F*** out.
