Charged me $35 without tips, when a haircut is $27 and claimed it's because I made an appointment and I asked for a special haircut. When clearly their website says nothing about an appointment fee and all I asked for was a taper haircut, nothing special. Vlad's Barber Shop is the kind of Barber shop you can make your home base. I've been getting a great cut at Vlads for a long time, they are always very welcoming to everyone. The best thing is the haircut comes with great conversation and even a few laughs. I notice they do a variety of haircuts so that shows they have talented barbers. Between vlad and two other barbers, I think they cut a total of either 4 or 5 people in the time span. Had a great experience at the barber's today. Me and Dad went in for haircuts and I had Denise who was a true expert at a haircut and beard trim. There were three other barbers there and it was awesome to see the transformations of the clients they had while we waited and during our cuts. Everything from a fade on a teenager with pink highlights to an older gentleman that had gone at least a year without a haircut or beard trim that looked like a new man afterwards. I go to Lex. There's 3 barbers, he's the last one on the end. I bring my son in & his fades are always on point. Great with blending & hair looks good no matter what I have him do. I've also had the guy in the middle cut his hair as well & he did a great job as well. Great trio cutting hair. Lex left, I go to the guy that took his seat, I don't know his name, but he's very good & doesn't rush at all. NO issues. But you might be waiting a while if he has a person or two in front of you. Place is well kept. Vlad had cut my hair himself. He does a clean, consistent, and very good job of it each time. Service is very good and prompt. Cost is inexpensive compared to the quality of service. Parking is plentiful, staff is courteous, and conversation with the man himself is alone worth the money of the cut. Poor customer service, When i got there i wasn't greeted. I was there about 10 to 12 minutes before they acknowledged me and just went straight into if i had an appointment. I felt unwelcome and started looking for another barber in the area. After feeling a bit attacked. They went to talking among themselves, talking bad about the some other barbers instead of worrying about the customers that were there waiting. Most of the conversation included talking about the other barbers from that shop. In my opinion that is very unprofessional, due to the fact that their was cussing and my son was around also among other children that were there. Then the barber closest to the entrance was done and he went out to take a smoke break. Knowing that there are other customers waiting!! My son finally got his cut which i cant complain about but the whole experience of when i got there felt very unpleasant. Not sure if ill go there again, its image that they displayed. read more

My husband took my son to get a fade and the barber was so rude and he ruined my sons hair. So when my son came back home to show me his hair cut i showed him how his line up was so crooked and his hair was so uneven. I took my son back to the barber and spoke to the tall bearded guy that cut his hair and showed him what was wrong with it and what we didn't like and the barber said that there was nothing wrong with his hair and that my son wanted his hair that way. Who in their right mind would want a crooked hair cut. Now I also took my other 2 boys which their haircuts came out great and I paid 70$ for all 3 kids which i don't mind spending, but when a customer comes back and ask the same guy that cut his hair to please fix it, i think its only right that the barber that fucked it up, fixes it without talking shit. The barber said he would charge us an additional hair cut to fix what he ruined. With kids going back to school and all i think it was only right for the barber to fix what he ruined or better yet cut the kids hair right the first time. I will never take my kids there again. One of the absolute worst haircuts i've ever gotten. I told the lady in the back that I wanted a quarter inch off the top and she cut 3 times what i asked her to cut. I asked her to blend up the sides with a 3 and shaved the sides and back completely with what looks like a 1 and did it all in 10 minutes. Never coming back again, if you want a quality haircut and something you're going to like then I recommend going someplace else. If you just want all your hair buzzed off then come here because that's about all they're good at. read more
