We showed up and they said their online appointment system doesn't work correctly so they wouldn't honor our appointment. As a business that has an appointment scheduling system, this is unacceptable. If it doesn't work, then it should be removed from the website or you should tell people to call in. I asked for a inch off the top and trim up the edges. They cut almost all my hair off too no more then 3 inches left on the top and the back was left long like a mullet I had to go to a second barber to get it fixed. They then charged me $60 bc I had a "long hair cut" as a man who has never had hair go past my eyes hardly.... Beyond shocked, now I can't even go outside for a week Along with that just very very annoyed ppl. We were doing some Christmas shopping at the Biltmore and stumbled upon this cool barbershop! My 3 year old was in desperate need of a haircut and while I didn't plan on taking him to a fancy barbershop, convenience is key when you're a busy mama, right? To my surprise, a child's cut was only $25 which isn't that much more than the quick chain concepts that we typically visit. And my friends, it was worth every single extra penny! Vee took great care of our little guy and used scissors to cut his hair rather than electric trimmers the entire time. She is definitely a perfectionist because his cut is PERFECT. Not to mention, he got a little neck massage (ha!), and some yummy smelling goodness on his neck. I will be making an appointment with Vee for his future haircuts. She made him feel like a king. Haircut #1 I got a month ago was good. ~30 minutes by Vee, who was detailed and thorough. $35 was reasonable for the level of service. Today I went back and felt like I was at Supercuts. Absolutely amazing haircut and facial with straight razor shave. It was my first time doing both facial and straight razor, Nathan took care of me. Followed his recommendations on what I was asking for in a haircut. The hot towel after hot towel was just the fix my face needed after working a brutal 16 hour shift, I work in nursing. I've been here twice now. I'm particular when it comes to haircuts. When I came in I was greeted by Vee. I told her what I wanted and she quickly got to work. I could tell she's had years of experience and an expert at her craft. Most people avoid my neck / using a razor with me as they can tell I have sensitive skin. She took her time and shaved my lower neck, between my ears, and side burns. The finishing touch is aftershave and a few minute massage with the powered massage kneader. Happiness - 4/5 Every winter I grow facial hair and let my hair grow out. And then, once the warm weather rolls in, I always come to groom room to get pampered. The haircuts are fine, but I honestly feel like everyone walks out getting the same "classic" cut look (i.e., short on the side with a bit on top to be combed sideways). But the shaves are out of this world. Straight razor! Warm shaving cream (I tried to warm my own shaving cream at home - not worth it. Better to pay)! Hot and cold towels! They go through and scrape off any offending stray hairs! Pre and post shave oils! You come out looking clean and feeling fresh every time. Block off about 30 minutes for a cut and shave. All the barbers have struck the right balance of pleasant to talk to, but not speaking throughout the entire cut and shave. I also recommend making a reservation ahead of time, as they typically have a wait. read more

We walked in at 1700 on a Tuesday. Two chairs were already taken. Nate was mid lunch and jumped up immediately to take care of my husband. They clean your neck with a straight razor. He did the rest with clippers but cleaned everything up with a comb and scissors. Hot towel and machine massage to back and neck. We were very pleased. $30 is the normal price. Came here for a beard trim on short notice on a Monday. My regular barber is closed Mondays, I always need to schedule in advance because he's got a big following, and I wanted to try a shop closer to home anyway. Barber gave me some good tips for caring for my beard. Cost was $5 more than quoted on the phone. That's no problem if the barber is detailed, puts in the time and it looks really tight. It was an OK trim and since I warned the scheduler on the phone that I have a big beard I found the extra charge vs quality of the job a little disappointing. I may just be spoiled because my regular guy is so dialed-in with beards. Other good reviews suggest that your mileage may vary. read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this barbershop. The barbers think they're better than you are and are rude to your face. I went in to get a trim on my hair, just the tips at this point. Boris was fine and easy to work with. However the next day i felt like i need to get rid of some bulk. I have a lot of hair. I returned to the barber shop and asked if i could get some rework done. I've done this at all my other barber shops, never an issue. The guy working acted offended and as if insulted him directly, i insisted that i just wasn't happy. Begrudgingly we sat down and he insisted on asking me "what was wrong with my first cut" to the point where he was visibly angry. Calm down bro, it's my hair not yours. Needless to say the rework was shit and he was an absolute pain to work with. I can not believe he insisted i pay for this rework, even though i had just dropped $50 bucks the day prior. I asked him if they took toddlers and he said yes so I was happy to find someone who would cut my sons hair. Came in for what was gonna be a simple mid fade hair cut and it ended up being the complete opposite. Guy kept saying boom now that's what a fades supposed to look like. I think the guy couldn't believe he was doing a hair cut that he had to keep lying to himself. My whole left side was cut lower than what it should be and the right side was the complete fucking opposite. I didn't ask for a heated towel to go with the process but yet I got one.
