Had a passenger mirror torn right off my car. I looked for a repair place and HIT THE JACKPOT at VMS..!! I called to make an appointment on Tuesday but the part I needed came early and they took me Monday, no questions asked. The repair went smoothly and they even repaired my rear fender after I showed them (that wasn't even part of the original repair request). The pricing was very VERY reasonable but for beyond that, this place is family owned and in existence for 25+ years. They consider you a friend as soon as you walk in the door. Great experience working with VMS. My 2021 Toyota RAV4 prime was hit about a month ago and thankfully the liable party had insurance. Although VMS was not a listed collision center in the other party's insurance network, I did my research and went with the strong reviews for VMS found here on Yelp. I'm glad I did that! VMS is excellent when it comes to communication and they helped me to coordinate a rental car quickly and efficiently. Stephanie and Vicki kept me notified on the status of the claim and the body work. The final result is excellent. My car looks newer than before the accident. Feeling really good about this even though, of course I would have preferred that the accident never happened. Hopefully I won't need to go back to a collision center anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call VMS. read more

VMS went above and beyond for me and my partner. We originally brought in his Camry that was totaled and they took everything and gave us the reassurance things would be okay. then the next day unfortunately my car was totaled (Subaru legacy). both were total losses. they were able to store the cars for us and provide us with helpful resources in order to make the process more smooth for us. at the end of the day i ended up towing my legacy to a junkyard and they were kind enough to not charge us holding fees considering what we went through the last couple days. i would recommend this business to everyone who needs somewhere to go when they've been in a collision because they will treat you like family and ensure you are cared for. thank you so much VMS!!! read more

This body shop is pretty responsive when I first reached out and on my subsequent inquiries, good communicator on what I'd expect in terms of cost and time needed for the repair. I needed a new bumper, they gave me an estimate (which they stuck to, no last minute hidden surprises), ordered the part and did a paint match right after the assessment, and offered to paint it and get it ready before I had to go back and drop off the car for a day for the replacement work. They kept me posted about the readiness of the part. On the day of dropping the car off, they did an exterior walk-through with me like what rental car companies do. I picked up my car 7-ish hours later, with a new bumper and a fine job of *complimentary* cleaning inside and out! They did a great job on the color matching, and having warranty means they stand behind their work, which is a good sign! I got rear ended. The lady's insurance took care of everything. It was progressive. I made the appointment to bring my car in. When I got there they quickly notated the damage and I was on my way. They worked directly with progressive. I really didn't have to do anything. They kept me in the loop. Once they got the estimate approved through progressive they emailed it to me with an estimated time of completion. They said the 18th. About two weeks. They were right on time. A road debris dented and deep scratched my driver side door on the highway. My car was brand new. I was hesitant about getting it fixed by a body shop as I have had negative experiences in the past with body shops not color matching my cars 100%. So I did some research to find a body shop that was going to do a professional job and match my paint 100%. I am glad that I went with VMS because they exceeded my expectations for the repair on my door. The paint 100% matches the Black Sand Pearl factory paint on the rest of the car. You can't even tell that any work has been done on my door. My car is brand new again. They helped me get a rental car for cheap and brought it to their location when I dropped off my car.
