THE TOW SERVICE WAS PHENOMENAL COMPARED TO EVERY TOW IVE EVER DEALT WITH OR HAD TO REQUEST. Initial ETA 40-70min so I figured at least 2 hours lol ..... NOPE!!! VIC WAS THERE IN ABOUT 15 mins!!!!! Didn't have to call or contact me and found me immediately!!!! Was the friendliest driver I've come across as well I've unfortunately had to use tow services one too many times and wish I would have known about VIC & ALL DAY TOW 626 ALONG TIME AGO!!!!!! "15 minutes people"!!!!! Granted it might not always be that quick I would have been satisfied if they made their ETA TIME WINDOW of 40/70min initially given. Also was a FRIDAY NIGHT *** (COMPARED TO THE LAST COMPANY I USED ) ----- AAA ----- took 3-4 hours!! while I was in a pitch black canyon area no street lights no phone service unless I walked 1/2 mile in complete darkness down the road wating for a 2-3 mile tow. Not to mention the 45 mins it took him to try and strap my bike down and ended up doing it myself "AAA" tow for motorcycle complete garbage! Approximately 5 hrs to get to me and tow my motorcycle 2.5 miles . VIC GOT TO ME LOADED MY BIKE AND HAD ME HOME IN SAN FERNANDO /SIMI VALLEY AREA IN ABOUT AN HOUR TOTAL !!! 35+ miles NOT TO MENTION I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH AAA prior to contacting ((( ALL DAY TOW 626))) my mistake lol which I pay yearly for as well as EXTRA for RV/MOTORCYCLE ON TOP OF THE PREMIERE 100 mile tow, they did everything to give me the run around and told me I'd only be covered for 7 miles when I needed to go approximately 35 miles! Told me they'd set up a call back for tomorrow with a supervisor SHAME ON YOU AAA not acceptable I'll be calling and canceling no doubt first thing tomorrow !!!!!!!!These guys set the bar for tow service!!!!!!! All Day Towing 626 - My POOR BABY !!! - Towing Near Me

I hate to and don't usually leave bad feedback. However, this company so deserves this. I requested a tow around 11a thru my insurance company. They sent out All Day towing. I was contacted not long after my request saying they would be there in 45 min. to pick up my truck. 2 hrs later I got a text saying another 45min. This went on all day. By 5pm, they never showed. The following day they were sent out. After being sent out again, and being told by them again it will be 45min. 1 1/2 hrs later they showed and towed my truck. When talking with their dispatch, he was very rude, and the driver could care less and passed the issue back to dispatch claiming he was only a driver. read more

Although I did not end up going through with the tow through them, the quote he gave me was very very reasonable and they are able to send someone out right away! There were a lot of accidents in the area today. I started calling around to arrange my own tow when the wait time from my AAA tow got extended a second time to 3.5 hours. I called All Day, he gave an estimate that is very competitive and was ready to dispatch! This is after I got rejected by a couple other companies in the area as I was asking for a tow from Glendora to the Inland Empire. There's heavy traffic when I called but he did not take advantage of that and try to overcharge me - very grateful and would have totally used them!! Hit a pothole on the 71 N and blew out my front and rear driver's side tires in the pouring rain at 10:30 at night. That pothole got at least 10 other cars and though I was not the first person to hit that pothole, my tow driver was the first to arrive at the scene. He was fast, friendly and efficient and went out of his way to make sure my car was properly fastened in for the 40 mile trip ahead of us. I don't want to butcher the spelling of his name so I won't try but my driver made sure I was comfortable and put my mind at ease.
