There are numerous nail shops in the area but this particular shop had the best rating so that's why we chose this location.The shop was not very busy when we arrived so they were able to seat us immediately. The ambiance was comfortable and the techs were friendly. Everything was clean. I chose to get a Gel French pedicure and and my husband had clear polish added to his nails. They took their time with the pedicures, it was relaxing. This was my husband's first time getting his toes done but it won't be the last, he enjoyed it. My French pedicure was done meticulously, and I was very happy with the outcome. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the service. I plan to come back to Genji Nails. Based on the sign on the door they close at 7pm everyday and are closed on Sundays so plan accordingly.

Overall bad experience. EDIT: I told my mom what happened and she took me back to see how we could fix the problem, and the nail tech got very defensive and disrespectful. When the problem couldn't be solved civilly we had to request a refund, and the tech demanded that her husband take off my nails. The whole time he was doing it, she was talking under her breath and making extremely rude comments, despite us telling her multiple times that we didn't want to discuss it anymore. Absolutely do not go here if you want anything harder than gel paint.
