2 stars maximum and that is only because of the ambiance and cleanliness. The service is lower than subpar. I feel like if you can't perform the service the customer wants then either pass them to someone who can or let them seek service else where. I sat down with one of the male nail techs and told him what I wanted. He automatically tried to bully me into getting the white nail for my French tip which is not what I wanted. We went back and forth and argued until I found the exact picture and he said okay he could do it. Come to find out he had no clue how to properly execute a simple French tip with gel polish. So I had to opt for a solid color of a fat and chunky square nail shape. The price was okay for a gel full set, bonus for military discount. I will not be going back here. Like another review stated, if you care about how your nails look DO NOT go here. Waste of time and mone

This is after I had to come home and add another top coat to try to smooth it out. These are suppose to be coffin shaped.

Only giving 3 stars because of Don and the military discount. I have gone to juji once before (about 2-3 years ago) and they did a nice job so I decided to go back. I went with my two daughters to treat them to a full set acrylic. They accommodated us quickly which was a plus but the young lady who initially came over left and went to someone else. She Didn't say anything else to us after getting the polish out. After a few minutes another lady (super nice) sits and starts on my daughter she suggested coffin shaped nails for my daughter and I was like sure why not. So we all opted for coffin shape. We each had a different nail tech but we sat near each other. Both my daughters nails are meh, the blue ones are not coffin shaped (event tho that was the tech that suggested them) and I paid an extra 5$ for shaping. The darker pink is shaped too narrow for her fingers. And look at that paint job. Blue has polish all around her fingers and it was lumpy (I came home and added another top coat to try to smooth it) you can still see the low quality paint job on the darker pink nails. Needless to say the quality doesn't match the price. My daughters both said they felt rushed and their nails would have come out better had the techs not been rushing. Looking at their nails I would not recommend Juji but then there is Don/Donnie. His was the only name I asked for so I'm sorry I can't tell you who not to see. Donnie was quick and my nails look decent. Donnie is the only reason I would go back to Juji. See pics and decide for yourself. Note: they did not do that to my daughters cuticles she gets anxious and picks at them ‍

Pinky is shorter than middle two and pointer is much longer than middle two.

I've been a customer for about a year and a half and each appointment had been progressively worse than the last. My normal nail tech is out on maternity leave so I had to see someone else. I mentioned that this weekend I had a work event that also falls on my birthday. My nails are my natural nails so I'm very particular about them but especially this week due to the circumstances. I had one tip put on my right index finger and it's longer than the rest of my nails. All others were over filed and much shorter than expected. All nails are either crooked or uneven in length. Nail tech said she was tired and had been drinking beer and wine all night. Her next appointment came a little over half way into my appointment and from then on my entire appointment was rushed. My nails are normally much longer so I had a lot to work with from the beginning. I've had them done at a longer length and was charged $45. This appointment they were much shorter than past appointments and I was charged $50. I work in the customer service industry so I was never rude or correcting or confrontational because I understand things happen. I was a little confused about the price and asked if there had been a price increase and the manager said no. I mentioned that my nails had been longer and was only charged $45 to which he gave no response so I paid and left. Now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money to get a completely new manicure for this weekend. I'm very disappointed. Nails are the one thing I treat myself to every month. As a service provider I would never show up to work hungover and attempt to work on someone who has sacrificed their time and money to be there. It's irritating, irresponsible, and completely avoidable. I'm very sorry and sad to write this review because there are some talented artists at this nail salon. Unfortunately, this has happened to me here one too many times.

Great blue pedi by the nice guy Ty! Getting the finger nails done next!

Wow - some reviews below are not that great, and I'd like to share my positive experience! First off, this location is easily accessible with lots of parking next to the new Publix. The inside is beautifully decorated and clean. It is unlike traditional nail places in that the perimeter walls are lined with the pedicure chairs and the inside is a high bar like you'd get a drink at! The techs sit on the inside (like where a bartender would stand) and the customers sit on comfy highback stools on the opposite side. This makes for a pleasant, clean visual effect as all the nail supplies that are usually in a cart on the floor are now hidden behind the bar. The bar is a stylish granite. I've had 2 pedicures here and am headed tomorrow for a mani with a friend. Each experience has been fun and I had different techs each time. I enjoyed speaking with each and they both did a great job. For those concerned that the polish wasn't lasting, they must've listened, because all the color options are new from a new company. I was given two boxes with the plethora of color option samples inside, much the way tea bags would be presented at a fancy restaurant! I hope customers will give this place a chance. If you are not happy, kindly give the manager constructive feedback. Perhaps ask for a different tech the next time. The owners are trying to run a business and want happy customers, not angry ones who bash them on social media! Keep small businesses alive, especially this one which is like a city salon in our small middle GA town.

I just moved to Bonaire from Kansas City and was looking for a new nail salon when I was told to try Juji. I am so glad I did! I am very particular about the shaping and thickness of my SNS nails and had been going only to the owner of my old salon for years. Kenny was fantastic! Not only did he do an excellent job on my nails but he was also fun to talk to. Not to mention that in addition to your hand massage you get a little neck massage too!I also really appreciate the cleanliness of this place, you can tell that they take regulations seriously(this is super important to me as a fellow licensed stylist). I can't wait to go back for a pedicure! Well done Juji!

I have to say that I will not go back. Location is convenient but I'd rather drive the distance for honesty and quality. I sat down on yesterday with 1 broken nail. The tech broke another nail. I didn't get tips added. I decided to overlay my nails. And I like them short. So he filed them down again. solar fill $22 Repair $3 Pedicure $27 Child polish $5 Child pedicure $20 I was charged and additional $3 for the nail he broke and $3 for filing them back to my length. Instead of $77 I paid $83. You can't calculate your bill according to the pamphlet. Plus, I don't mind paying for what I break, but not for your mistakes. And the fact that the polish isn't done correctly on your nails. You shouldn't see no unpolished back to my regular place.

Gel polish.. lots of brush markings not a nice ven coat. Very upset with the way it looks.

Place looks beautiful but the quality sucks. I've come on three occasions to give it the benefit of the doubt. First time wasn't bad (my friend off the bat never came back with me to this place). Second time you can see my pictures that my gel coat was terrible and there was no craftsmanship in the work. Last straw was my eyebrows are terrible and my husbands pedicure is infected (husbands toe in picture). I will def keep my business at Real Spa nails on Houston Lake Road. Beautiful place but the quality sucks. Hopefully someone can reteach these people or get better workers asap.

The salon is lovely - clean with high-end furnishings. The service sucked. It deserves the 1 star as bonus points for being fancy. PEDICURE: The standard pedicure things (I requested a basic pedicure) were average. The tech did cut me slightly while cutting cuticles on my toe. When the tech buffed (no idea what to call it - when they use a pumice sort of thing for callouses) my feet, it felt like the skin on my toe had been completely removed (it hadn't), both because of the pressure applied and the great length of time spent in one spot. After my polish was finished, the tech remembered to put lotion on. I declined. MANICURE: I had a basic manicure with natural nails. The tech that did the pedicure also did the manicure. I requested square tips with rounded corners, something I feel is very normal - in fact I think every single nail tech I've been to has asked - this one didn't seem to know what I meant. While clipping my nails, the tech managed to clip the tender skin underneath pretty much all of my nails as well. None of my nails were the same length or shape. Cuticle cutting was mostly ineffective. The tech painted my skin along with my nails and I left that way despite the use of a brush dipped in acetone to clean things up. Again, the tech remembered to put lotion on after my nails were painted. I declined. GENERAL: I noticed that the polish I picked was thick, it was more lumpy than liquid - the tech basically had a struggle getting it smooth on my nail. So thick the tech only used 1 coat, and in less than 24 hours, much of that polish had chipped off. I went home and filed my nails myself and the next evening removed the polish that hadn't already chipped off. The tech working with a customer to my right was incredibly rude and pretty disrespectful to the customer. The tech to my right also had a pretty inexcusable attitude with a young girl, maybe 8 years old, who received an even worse manicure than I did. The girl definitely understood the "fuck you" vibes coming from that tech. I bet the whole salon did. PAYMENT: To be honest, I didn't look at the pricing before I had the services. That said, when it came time to pay I was shocked by how expensive the services were. In appearance, the salon certainly seems like a place that would charge $30 for a pedicure. In quality, I should have brought $10 worth of cookies to a kindergarten class and had them paint my nails. Additionally, I know it's asking a lot, but taking payment between filing and painting is a great idea. Otherwise, I'm sticking freshly painted nails into my purse and digging out my wallet, and worse, pulling my credit card out of the tight little slot. Just asking to mess them up.

I requested her to do my nails because I saw a positive review mentioning her but she assured me that Hannah could do just as well. Unfortunately that was not true! Hannah was nice but clearly not experienced with the dip powder technique. It was like she was practicing on me, a paying customer. She used her fingernail to scrape off the existing old gel polish on one of my nails and I asked her why she wasn't using her implements? She said "so I don't hurt you" ??? Her application of the powder was clumsy. I finally asked the owner to take over. She did and my nails look stunning! Whew! She saved the day. My advice is do not book clients with inexperienced techs!!! It's frustrating and unprofessional. The lady behind me asked Rebecca to take over her pedicure because the guy who was working on her clearly didn't know what he was doing either!! This is not ok when we come in to support your business. Retrain your staff or hire qualified professionals. 4 stars for the final result. 1 star for the unprofessionalism.

Update on service from Helen. This is no reflection on Kelly…read more I don't know what it is about these nail technicians. You are in a service industry and we as customers are paying for the service and it isn't cheap. They already charge you for every little thing. So if I have a question and am not happy and ask you to fix it, a terrible, disgruntled attitude, comments under your breath is not the way you respond. Nonetheless, you don't start speaking Vietnamese talking about the client, which we all know this is what they do. Today, I came in without an appt to meet a friend and I recommended this location and for her to see Kelly. I've had pretty great service from Kelly and didn't think I'd get terrible service because Vicky (the owner) and Kelly have always been so great. But I thought I'd take the chance. The guy who did my pedicure today was great. The girl, Helen, man she was not so pleasant. I took a call that I couldn't miss and messed up the clear gel and apologized and she had major attitude. She started painting my left hand and the polish was so far away from my cuticle, I asked if she could get a little closer. I didn't ask for my cuticle to be polished, I asked to just make it a little closer. She begins speaking in Vietnamese and Kelly comes over to look and says something and then proceeds on with polishing my nails so sloppy that she painted my cuticles. She then tries to be nice to me and I said to her that she's in a service industry and if she wasn't happy that was fine but to give her disgruntled attitude is super unnecessary. She then says, Kelly knows how you like your nails and I don't but I won't ever do your nails and I said, great because I will wait for Kelly and never have you do them either, except she probably just lost her customer. As I checked out, I said to her, next time she decides to talk about her customers, she should at least speak in English. She didn't like that either and then just went off in her native tongue. The vibe and my usual pleasant experience today was terrible all because of Helen. So if you come to this nail salon, I will old only recommend Vicky and Kelly. Never Helen or you'll get the same experience. She don't deserve the tip but I tipped her anyways.
