I took the recommendations and went back in two months. Bleeding had stopped and my gums were beautiful. I had to pay since it wouldn't fit my dental insurance plan for the extra visit. Went a couple months after and looking good. Had to have a old filling replaced. I was super nervous, but it went smoothly. Just went for my most recent appoint a few weeks ago. The staff, front office to hygienist, and Dr. Kreimer, are so awesome. Glad that I found them.

Dr. Cassidy was strongly recommended for my mother's tooth extraction by our dentist (who we trust implicitly) but seemed irritated or impatient with my mom's ALZ and anxiety. I understand that those behaviors are challenging and upsetting for some people but it has me in tears thinking of his interaction with her at the consult and on the day of the extraction. He was cold, brusque, and talked over the top of my mother as she was speaking. One of my mother's behaviors is repeating herself or asking the same question again and again. This was not received well by the doctor, and his tone made that clear. When he showed this behavior at the consult, I chalked it up to a busy or not great day for him. To see it again yesterday was heartbreaking. I wish more than ever that I could have been permitted to be with her during the procedure. How did he behave with her when I wasn't in the room? The staff were all extremely kind and pleasant, including a word of compassion from the staff member who wheeled my mom to the car. I felt compelled to share my impressions and perception of our family's experience.

Thankfully, Dr. Cassidy took my concerns very seriously and got me through the surgery with absolutely no noticeable stress to my jaw. The entire staff here was very knowledgeable and professional. All of my appointments ran on time. Though Dr. Cassidy and his associate run three separate offices in the area, this did not impact his availability. You can schedule your surgery in a different location from your consult if it works into your schedule better. Dr. Cassidy even called me to see how I was doing the evening after my surgery. He and his staff take good care of you.

The past couple of times I have been seen by Dr. Imperial, and she is warm and friendly too. For my cleaning appointment in January, 2026, I saw a new doctor who indicated I needed a filling replaced - fine. Saw her again in February and the filling replacement turned into me needing a crown. When I went for the temporary crown, I again saw a new doctor. Since then, I have had 3 appointments scheduled for the permanent crown, all of which have been cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled. When I first started going to this practice, there were several doctors. Now there is only one. They provide very poor service, are expensive and their lack of being able to retain hygienists and doctors as well as last minute cancellations has made my decision to never return once I have the permanent crown completed. I have already found a new dental practice for my next cleaning this summer.

When I got to my appointment I received x-rays and was then told I would have to make a follow up appointment to do the actual extraction which wasn't until the next week. The doctor was gracious enough to be willing to stay after hours to do the extraction in the evening but instead I left and found another dentist that was able to do the tooth extraction same day and for less money. Really hoping they don't send me a bill for the x-rays considering the other dentist didn't need x-rays to know that the tooth needed to be pulled and no real services were rendered.
