Needed a goose down pillow dry cleaned. This was a pillow that was purchased in 2008 and was one of my favorite pillows. It was a name brand pillow (not everyone likes real down--no feathers). Vogue took an extra day to get it cleaned, but that was okay because the price was reasonable and the pillow so fluffy and divine. They have been excellent for first time cleaning of all cotton bedspreads (to keep them from shrinking), alterations of a women's suit, and dry cleaning of all types. I guess that it's time to to a follow-up. I've been using Vogue Cleaners for 12 years, now, and have literally NEVER had a problem. That's impressive-- they haven't messed up any clothes, they haven't lost any clothes, they haven't mis-charged me. They have managed to serve me perfectly for a dozen years straight. Think about that: can you claim that you've managed to go a dozen years without screwing up at work? I can't. Add in that they have curbside service for pickup and drop-off, which is incredibly handy. This you can literally get your clothes on a rainy day without getting out of your car. If you have a baby in a carseat, this is huge. Their prices are reasonable, too. So I'm upgrading their score from four to five stars. And I grade pretty hard. read more

Great service! Impeccable folding and thoughtful presentation. I came in with a vegetable-juice stained white cotton dress, and Vogue Cleaners was able to take out all four stains. ok, so we take a tie in to be clean. Rick had only worn it for one time but we thought since it was a new tie it needed to be clean. Rick loved this tie! When he picked it up their cleaning method had caused threads to be pulled all over it! Well Rick being the nice person he is, went back and gave them the chance to fix the problem. The owner said, " they had not caused the problem and it had been that way when we took it in". Rick explained that it was a new tie when it was brought in and the owner said,"F*** Off and don't come back again. So we will never use them again at his request and would invite everyone in the area to do the same, since the owner doesn't need the business. read more

I have been going there for years and no issues. Over the past few months something has changed.. Missing buttons, wrinkled clothes, torn up new shirts and new slacks stitching coming out.. The manager is the same and always nice and helpful but I think there is a problem with the cleaners themselves... If I was the owner I would fix the problem quickly before regulars like myself find a new dry cleaners....... read more
