You have one job, and that is to fire people's creations. I had to break the news to my distraught daughter. Polka Dot pottery was unapologetic. They offered to reimburse me or let her paint something of equal value. In the end it works out for them because my son got to paint another thing, which I had to spend even more money on and waste even more time on. Oh, and it's crazy expensive. Never again.
