That I did. I went to the acoustic guitar room and tried different guitars for several hours. Others came and went as I searched for my guitar. Everyone was helped when needed and left to explore as desired. I left that day with nothing but an anjoyable experience. Betty F. My second trip to guitar center I was helped by Brian. I spent hours finding my instrument. He answered many questions and assured me if I had a problem that I could return the guitar. My third trip. The day after I thought I had found my instrument I returned it. No problems there and they price matched the same guitar I had decided on from an online site. I left with a beautiful Martin guitar which I am super happy with. Thanks to all at the Guitar Center

There were two employees at the front counter when we came in. They didn't look up, didn't great us. We wandered around the store for about 10 minutes trying to find what we came in for, before an employee on his way to somewhere else casually greeted us as he walked by. I had just found one of my items. Then I had questions about trying to find The proper springs for my Hoffner B-Bass guitar. At that time, the only person around was at the front desk. He knew absolutely nothing about bass guitar strings-or Hoffners. And when he didn't know the answer, he told me that "Any of the strings would work"! This was completely unacceptable! Going to buy them from Strings By Mail and won't be visiting this location again.

I live in a remote area at least 4 hours away from him but he was willing to help me by listening to my description(which I'm sure wasn't too great-ha!). After sending him a couple of pics, he figured it out and called me back with I needed to do. I would gladly recommend him and the shop to anyone and I know that next time we're up in the Spokane area, we are definitely stopping in to thank him and check out what's in his inventory! Adam

We went in to this guitar shop eagerly looking for a new acoustic guitar. As a supporter of local,…read morefamily-owned businesses, we were very excited to check out this shop. Unfortunately, we had an appalling experience with the owner. When my spouse was tuning one of the guitars on display, not realizing it was a baritone guitar, one of the strings broke. He notified the owner and apologized for the broken string. The first thing he said was "Are you going to buy me a new string?" Despite the other employee stating that they should have placed a sign above the baritone guitar, the owner started angrily typing on the store computer and then he rudely stated "I guess it is your lucky day because we do not have the string in store." We were speechless. I would have never expected such a threatening and aggressive interaction with the owner of a family-owned business. Nor one with the reputation of Finger Swagger. ....so much for a "mom and pop guitar shop". What a disappointing and disheartening afternoon.
