Ridiculously poor customer service! Went in to find out about an additional charge that was placed…read moreon my account. I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the "manager" and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

The halls are well lit and temperature controlled so you aren't in a puddle of sweat while you organize! I really appreciated all of Marco's help, he is such a gem! Overall I would def recommend them if you are looking for a safe storage unit!

When you rent they don't ask a lot of embarrassing questions about why or how come. They understand some information is not for public info.
