What a horrible company and terrible customer service!!! I ordered two tanks for the inferno online for $35 and they were both defective and leaked. I called and left a message since no one ever picks up, the lady called me back the same day. I told her the problem and she started with all 100 bs excuses. It's not the tank, it's your liquid that you use. Turn it upside down, You have to buy new coils, it's been two weeks, blah blah so annoying. Everything she could think of to make me go away. My mom has had this inferno ecig for over a year and has never had any problems with the tank it came with So your excuses are just not good enough woman! She told me she would call me back in ten minutes which she did, only to let me know she can't do anything. So I told her customer service is horrible and Not only will I leave a bad review for them but also cancel it through my bank and she didn't care at all. First off this review is not about the staff because everytime I went the staff was great and willing to help me. The staff is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars because they were the only thing good out of my experience. Okay so I bought the lavatube 3 about 3 weeks ago and had nothing but problems since day one. Took it back 3 times to try and get it fixed and still same problem. Their no refund no exchange policy is ridiculous. I paid $200 for a product that doesn't even work properly and they say there's nothing they can do but replace it with another one. Do not buy the lavatube 3. The product is defective. Went through 3 of them and still the same problems. The only thing I got out of it was a "complimentary" bottle of liquid. Like that made me feel better. If you guys are going to stand behind your products then at least make sure the customer is satisfied and not give them defected products. It's safe to say after this experience that I will no longer do business with you guys. read more

Yes, I've seen the other brand products u carry. But last time I went there to try your new fluid for the sub ohm tanks. And it's jus to liquidy. Need to be more than 50/50 vg/pg. need a more vg based liquid. 80/20 is what I use in all my sub ohm tanks. I don't know if you guys changed it in the last few months. But as far as I know you guys only have 50/50. read more

Honestly thought the first visit went great. I am new to vaping so I wasn't quite sure what the name of the coils I needed was. The guy who helped me was helpful and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. But apparently, it wasn't the right one because it didn't fit into my tank when I got home. Went back for a second visit to exchange it for the correct piece and it seemed as if it was my fault that it happened in the first place. When I went down to the Pearlridge location, I was standing in line for about 30 minutes or so, but hey better then standing in line at the DMV, right? Anyway, when it was finally my turn for assistance, the lady I talked to was very, very helpful. She explained all of their products to me in perfect details. Before I decided to by any, I first looked at their website to see what they have. If you are a new user of smoking any electronic cigarettes, then I highly recommend to go to their website and browse around of what they have. The inferno cigarette caught my attention, so I got it and got the aloha apple flavor, which is pretty damn good! Sure it was a bit pricey. I've spent $75 bucks on it but I believe it was well worth it. Be sure to know what you want to buy. Like I said browse around their website first. It would make your shopping a lot easier. Now, I've read a few other reviews and some said that their products are junk and brake down easy. Well, that could be true. However, I know realize why the eCigs would break so easily. It's because the users or smokers are so fascinated by it they just abuse it so much that the battery no longer holds a charge or something else on it breaks. So, what I'm trying to say is take extra care of your eCigs because they are pricey. When you do buy your own, you will get a warranty on it for one year I believe. So all and all about the Volcano eCigs, it's a great product to have if you are a smoker. Way better then the regular tobacco cigarettes. If you want to purchase from these guys then go to website. Pick out what you want, and get to the kiosk early like right when they open so you don't have to wait in line for a long time. Or you could buy it all online. I've been here about 4 times. During the day it's impossible to get help. But it doesn't bother me everyone is busy and they acknowledge everyone who is there and they try to give everyone the attention they deserve. But I went here tonight and there was me and another couple that he was helping and he never said anything to me at all even the lady who seemed like she was just sitting on the bench and kept giving me the side eye like she is tired and she doesn't want to help me. After waiting about 10 mins for the guy to finish up with the couple he happily acknowledges me and then the lady steps up and asked if he needs help. I was like wtf!!!! I was waiting and you kept looking at me and you didn't even once stood up. I use to work as sales and this would be unacceptable. If your on your break and you don't want to help anyone why stay right in front of your kios. Better yet asks if the salesman needs help after he clears up the line. I've been a customer at volcanos since they opened at kapahulu. I'll only go here if I have too. This is the first time this happened to me at this volcanos. The Pearlridge location is great because it's in mall which is open till 9pm Mon-Sat and 6pm Sun. When I'm at the mall, I will usually make a stop at the kiosk to see if there is something new that I need... yeah need. Kaytlyn is usually there and is always helpful. Just a great place to get vaping liquid or supplies when your in the area. They always have great service even though there's usually only one worker, just gotta be patient when crowded. read more

Went back here to check out what seemed to be a defective tube tank. Workers again seemed uninterested in what we had to say, like we were wasting their time. Tried making conversation and cracking jokes. Replaced my tube tank and sent me off in a jiff. I'm a big fan of their products but customer service seems non existent here. Try smiling maybe? Idk.
