I was recently living in Hawaii and was very impressed with this company so when I decided to enter the world of eCigs I reached out to this company to purchase some of the products. I was recommended the SMOK V8 as a starter and I also purchased about 20 bottles of liquid. After a very short time of using the product it started to leak all over and I wasn't able to use it anymore so I emailed the company to figure a solution and they decided to send me a few replacement parts at no cost to me which was appreciated at first. When I installed the new parts it leaked even worse and have not been able to use the product at all since then. I had roughly 25 emails back and forth with the customer help desk and they finally said I should call them. I have called multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail with not even one ring. Not once have they called me back and if they have they haven't left one message for me. I was willing to keep this horrible experience to myself as I know things happen but when they just wrote me off that was uncalled for and not appreciated one bit. I was willing to try anything they asked and I did but when I requested a refund or new product the disappeared. Maybe they will reach out to me now that I have gone to social media. Terrible customer service, and DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. I called customer service, listed on their website because my product came BROKEN. Literally broken. Customer Rep#1 did not speak English. Her manager, just got the phone, and basically said, "oh kay, good bye now" After I informed him that his cartomizers were broken. He asked me to repeat the incident for him because he did not understand. I did. And, his response was : oh kay, I acknowledge that our product is defective. But, we don't feel like giving you a replacement cartomizer for our defective product. The thing is $2. And you lost a customer who has been giving you consistent monthly cash flow due to your extremely low customer service. This was an actual conversation with their titled "supervisor" Very poor brand. Very poor company. Find cheaper and better alternatives. Now that I have more experience using the E-cigs, I know that there are much better products out there. read more

After a couple visits to this location I'm convinced that customer service is not a part of this business' mission statement. The first time I went their there was some some oddly dressed asian girl who couldn't answer my simple questions. Almost as if angry because I interrupted her conversation with the pudgy co-worker. My friend was also creeped out because fashionless kept staring at her and even rubbed up against her....creepy. The second time I thought pudgy dude would be a bit more helpful, but that guy kept dropping the samples and even gave the sample to another customer forgetting that it was me who asked for it. Summary: Best Selection, highly knowledgeable service. Volcano eCigs seemed to have the best selection in the state when I started looking into vaping seriously; though their location by the food court in Ala Moana is smaller than expected, it still delivered on what I was hoping for. I am very pleased with the customer service my fiancé and I received on 11/02/17. We went to the kiosk in the mall to purchase my fiancé a new mod [smok t-priv]. The worker Calvin was extremely helpful and exceeded me and my fiancé's expectations. He even helped us set up/ prepare the mod to be all set and ready to use. Went to the kiosk at the ala moana mall today. Jake and Joe were beyond helpful today. I came looking for quite a few things. Ended up getting the white gummi and frostbite today along with a few batteries. I also picked up the e fest charger since I couldn't seem to find my old one.
