More than pleased with the services provided, I continued to utilize their snow plowing services this winter, and once again was not disappointed. During the worst snow storm that we had this past season, they plowed the driveway, cleared the walkway, and made sure that our vehicles could make it out of the driveway, before they left, assuring me that they would be back again to ensure that we would be able to get to work on Monday. Needless to say, they kept their promise. To this day, Adam, Dennis and their crew continue to provide a level of commitment and satisfaction that I have not encountered in some time. Prior to the spring season, I once again met with Adam who presented me with a detailed Maintenance Agreement which began in March and end in December with Fall Cleanup. The Agreement is a detailed "Menu" of services which not only identifies each specific service, but the months during which the service(s) would be performed and the pricing for each service. The services offered were: Spring cleanup/power dethatching/weed control/shrub fertilization/monthly ground maintenance/pruning/lawn aeration, over seeding/fall service cleanup (leaves & removal). The nice thing is that you do not need to contract for all services, but can pick and choose from the wide range of services they offer. This is great, as you can then budget for the services that you need and can afford. In addition, they can provide a myriad of other services; all you have to do is ask. And that's another great thing about Adam and Dennis, you can ask questions; and they will answer you, and if they do not have the answer right away, they will get back to you. Also, I had concerns as the property has septic cleanouts, which can and had been damaged in the past, by our previous yard service (though they did fix them right away). Adam assured me that they would make note of these and so far so good. Adam and Dennis continue to be two of the most professional, respectful, honest, industrious, reliable, hardworking individuals that I have met, and now have the pleasure to get to know. I look forward to working with them for some time to come.

(the type of fine print you don't specially read. then, the following year, you are getting charged. A proactive email asking to renew would be much more professional. Given that the quality doesn't match the premium price. It is incredibly frustrating to feel like a company is relying on "gotcha" tactics rather than the actual quality of their service to keep customers. I'd suggest staying away.

Spoke to Josh about my account and told him I didn't agree to services for this year. He told me that it rolls over automatically for the next year and we are to be charged for it. Fair we didn't know we had to cancel once our pre paid year is over. He said he can freeze our account until we change our minds and sent me two quotes. I told him we will call back if we change our minds and want to continue with those quotes. Yesterday I see I get serviced and was confused because I thought we were on a freeze and would not be charged. I reach out to Josh and he said that a freeze is only for 30days. I'm like how was I supposed to know it was for 30days if you didn't tell me. He was the one who offer the freeze I told him I didnt want services from lawn doctor. He then went on to LIE to me and say I requested the freeze. When I told him I didn't want services with lawn doctor what makes you think I want to be serviced next month? He told me freezes are holds and it's only for 30days and he can't place me on hold for forever. But he forgot to mention that when I called saying I didn't want services. He then went in saying that he was very busy and didn't want to go back and forth with me and HUNG UP.
