They also stated they had not told me it was ready so I shouldn't be there to pick it up. 1) Don't trust the web page. 2) When they say "ready in one hour" they don't mean it. When I brought up the inconvenience they were neither apologetic or willing to offer me any compensation. I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE! They wasted my time. Despite the owner's comment below, they made literally no effort to remediate the issue. 100% apathetic and uncaring.

But when I went in recently I was less than impressed by one of his employees who helped me with my 17" MacBook Pro problem. That employee basically changed his diagnosis twice and I ended up buying a product I didn't need; in the end, after holding my computer for nearly a week, declared he couldn't help me. (for the record: Tech Genius fixed my computer in a matter of hours once we had all the needed components.) To me this was a problem of communication and I felt sort of dismissed by the whole thing. If you decide to go here make sure to ask for Ernest.
