Gordon assured me they would get to it in the next couple of weeks, so I decided to take his word for it and left the turntable with him. Several months went by, I called again.....was told they really were working on it and just give them a couple more weeks. Finally, after 3 years I had enough and went to pick my turntable up. Gordon was exceptionally rude, as if this was somehow my fault. I had left a $50 deposit when I first brought them the turntable....he initially refused to return that, telling me it was for teardown and inspection which I did not accept. He finally refunded that, but never apologized and rolled his eyes throughout our entire conversation. I wish I would've looked closer at my turntable while I was there....once I got home I realized the spindle was missing and all of the switches were junk (they were good when I left it with them, so I believe they swapped my good ones out with bad ones). These are terrible people, their shop is a dump and as you can see from other reviews they couldn't care less about their customers. Apparently Jerry the owner and his employee Gordon think people are idiots. Never, ever, ever again.
