As a 1st time client they know how to show you how much you mean to them right off the bat. You will see how all the stylists, assistants and other staff love what they do, where they work and are so much like a family. During non COVID times they treat you with a beverage that you can sip on while they perfect you - even introduced me to my new favorite tea. At the end of that visit, You receive a "gift bag" with all sorts of coupons to use for your next visits - and Yes - you will want to go back! My favorite thing about this Salon is that you can use any stylist (without any unnecessary upset) and still get the same amazing results. Their record keeping is phenomenal and they are always there for each other if there are any questions. I am continuously impressed how the stay on top of their training - even have set training days and opportunities for them to learn in other places. They are always upgrading their products so you know only the best is being used. The atmosphere is calming - exactly what it needs to be while your being pampered. Their washing station chairs ROCK - push your remote to put up your foot rest and recline back in your chair so you can fully relax during you head message. Because all of this (and many more little things) I always feel fabulous and like a new person when I leave there. I also find I am having to go less between visits due to the great care and attention to detail they have which allows my hair to grow out beautifully. Rachel is extremely personable and enjoys building great relationships with all of her clients as I have observed with both young ones and seasoned older customers. She has performed all kinds of cuts , colours and styles with me from long to extremely short; auburn, pixie blonde; highlights/lowlights and everything in between. Prices are very reasonable.
