Some stores have a very murky ambiance, and I guess that depends on the location of the stores. One of the workers helped us in our selection process by showing us around. They use to be one of the smaller stores until they did major renovations buying the property next to them & doubling the size. They have some of the best prices in town along w/ one of the best selections of booze (liquor, wine, beer, accessories). They even have a moonshine shack inside. The lady who runs this place is exceptionally nice and so is her staff. If you are ever in search of something you can count on her to find it. Love this place and hope you will too! Did I mention they have a chilling machine? All you have to do is put your bottle in the chilling machine for a couple minutes, and then boom, you have a cold bottle of booze. You probably don't, and that's ok. Because you wouldn't order this pizza at Patriot Wood Fired Pizza in Jefferson City, TN...but I did....and I ate half of it...because its a LOT of pickles...seriously. My only complaint was that I knew not to ask for the "kids cut" in order to have the pizza cut into sixths. Indeed, when it arrived it was cut it into quarters. A 10" pizza in quarters! That's nearly 20 square inches of pizza per slice! It was hard...I had to eat it with a fork and knife, I admit it...it was too much more me. I ate half. I'm home now, looking in the mirror and wondering whether I really am the man who stares back at me. A pickle pizza is a grim, unfeeling mirror that shows the true nature of a man's soul, the very measure of his character. I admit, I could only handle half of a 10" pickle pizza...and it comes in a 14" size! What lost or fabled generation of heroes could have tackled a 14" pickle pizza I cannot say. I received the opposite of great customer service. The cashier was neither friendly, knowledgeable nor willing to help me with my inquiries. My first time here and lack of knowledge regarding organic wines (need for visiting guests that have allergies to sulfates) the clerk said I'm the last person you can ask about wines. Ok, I'll try Goggling some brands. When I asked her if they carried any of the brands she said I have no idea but couldn't help me locate any on shelves even though we were the only customers. Then at cashing out my husband requested military discount which they do offer, clerk said yes she will give us discount. He showed his ID, she cashes us out. I check receipt (+$100), I don't see any discount. I ask her to confirm discount and her response is, oh well, I don't know what to tell you I thought I gave it to you, nothing I can do now. Shrugs her shoulders and turns away. First and last visit to this store. I don't often buy much wine or liquor but like to shop local and shop frequent for all things from groceries to household goods and this was the worst service I have yet to receive-period.
