They were here within the first hour. Took a look and diagnosed it fast enough. Charged us $200 charge for a visit and the diagnostics. It will cost us $2,500 or so for a new compressor and installation, that seems like a lot for a compressor. The unit is big, it's on the roof of the shopping plaza. Would take over a week to get the new compressor. AC works but weakly, but nothing significant to make you feel cool at all. May be caused from lightning or nature, since the AC is on the roof of the building. We received a call the Friday before the scheduled install after about 2 weeks. No parts still. Parts won't come in until middle of the following week or so. They came to install the new compressor. What toasty weeks we have had while having to wait a 2-3 weeks for the compressor to come in. The job took a full day and a couple of hours the next day. It cost a little less than $3k, not cheap. The AC is back to good at least. Only took a little over 2.5 weeks to get it fixed.
