The Salesman Curtis Evans was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the Traverse I wanted. He was able to find the Traverse at another dealership and had it ready for delivery as promised. The business manager Dale Miller needs to be trained in the product that are available.I wanted and requested GM Financials ES Wear & Care coverage on the lease. I was told by him that it was not available and tried to offer me an inferior product. I am sure that he did not know how to structure the One Pay Lease I requested with the additional coverage. I picked up a second new Chevy on 5/19/16 and Ryan handled the paperwork. There were also some problems to work through. He however worked with the Sales manager to resolve the problems. I left with the second vehicle happy and satisfied that Voss Chevrolet is a honest and sincere dealership interested in customer satisfaction. Very dissatisfied customer. Called back to talk to a service manager. Never called back. I took it in for a simple oil change, and I guess they do tire rotation??? Now I have a tire monitor warning coming up on my car. Air pressure is ok in all tires. Light won't go off. Also talked into a service by Brandon which wasn't needed on my car at 54,000 miles. Who flushes a transmission at the mileage??? Said it would take my car out of warranty. So I get home look at my book and it's not necessary until 172,000 miles. Only in severe circumstances it's flushed at 72,000. Also the hood on my was not pushed close. Drove home and noticed it still opened. The service I broughtit in for I was given an estimated time of 1 hour and 45 mins. It took 4 hours. I feel like my car was worked on around other cars. And yes I had an appointment. So Voss are you going to call me??? I want might light off!!! read more

My wife took our 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, which we purchased at Voss in for the covered oil change and tire rotation. My wife watched as the service was being done and noticed the tire rotation was NOT done. When the service manager came to her and told her the vehicle was done she asked about the tire rotation. The service manager told her it was done and showed her the paperwork indicating it was done. When she advised she watched and did not see the rotation being done the manager went out for a short time and came back and said she was right and they would do the rotation now. My wife sat there and was not told the vehicle was done until someone from a different department came in and said they went to lunch but the truck was done. I received an e-mail two days later advising my truck was done.... Not sure how long they would have let my wife set there. read more

Horrible service. Took my car in for the ignition recall which took over 3 months to get the part in and an appointment made. When I dropped my car off for service, they said it would be 3 hours. So my husband came and picked me up. They called me an hour later to up sell me on things I didn't need done. 3 hours after that, I still had not got a call saying my car was ready. When I called, they said they tried calling me but my number on system must be wrong. Total lie. They called me previously that day! When I arrived to pick up my car, I checked out and went back to my car to discover my remote starter doesn't work anymore. I bought the car used and this was already on it when I bought it. When I went back in to discuss this, they pointed me to Paul the service advisor which rudely asked what I needed. After telling him, he got the technician who did the recall. He walked out to my car and basically said sorry we won't fix this. My husband tried to dig deeper but we got nothing. My remote starter came in working and left not, but they refused to acknowledge that it was their problem. They barely looked at it to discover the "problem" and they definitely didn't offer to help. I left so mad. My husband tried calling the service dept today to speak to a manager. They didn't answer. He left a message and no one has called us back. Needless to say Voss will never get our service again. Do not get service here. read more

I bought a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. I took it to the dealership for its first oil change. While there I asked for a warranty issue to be repaired. I was told my bumper to bumper warranty had expired 3.5 weeks prior and I would need to pay an hours labor to diagnose. I was frustrated by this. At purchase, I had been told my vehicle would receive an additional 12 months/12000 mile warranty. I asked the service manager to call me. He did. He echoed what I had been told earlier and that he couldn't change the warranty expiration date. I questioned him about my certified pre owned warranty. He said that warranty didn't cover everything the factory warranty did. I told him that all of Chevrolets marketing material says buying a certified pre owned vehicle extends the factory warranty. He asked that I let them check the vehicle and see what needed to be done first. I talked to the used car sales manager next to ask him to educate me on how certified pre owned status affects the warranty. He confirmed what I had been told at time of sale. I should essentially have a 4yr/48,000 mile warranty. He said he would call the service department. Service called me to tell me the car was done with the repair I asked for. It was no charge not because of my warranty but due to a dealer mistake before I bought the car. The advisor maintained that's my remaining warranty was mostly power train and not bumper to bumper. I called the sales manager and got his voice mail. I left a voice mail explaining I wasn't asking for anything I did t purchase but needed to understand what kind of warranty to expect during the final 12 months. No return call. I still don't know what warranty I have. After reading this, would you buy a product from Chevrolet or this dealer again? read more

Having decided to trade-in our motorhome for a large 5th-wheel we needed a large heavy duty truck to haul this behemoth. We researched the 2015 Chevy Silverado HD as well as the equivalent Ford, RAM, and GMC trucks. The Silverado more than met our requirements for towing specs, appearance, and comfort . Having purchased from another Voss Auto Network dealership, and being completely satisfied, we visited Voss Chevrolet. Lou Dellapenta (sales manager) and Greg Hill (asst. sales manager) bent over backwards to assist us in the selection and purchase of our new Silverado. The trade-in was generous and the price for the truck was excellent. Dan Wilbur (sales) handled the delivery and the training. It was a very interesting experience learning about our new vehicle and all of its "bells and whistles". Dan must have received a Doctorate in Truck Education. A big thank you to all of these individuals who gave us 100%. We could not be more pleased and happy with our Silverado. Kudos to Voss Chevrolet! read more
