not really sure what's going on at this place. the vibe is majorly off and unwelcoming…read more from the moment i first contacted airsculpt to what ended up being the most uncomfortable appointment i have ever experienced in a facility dedicated to beauty. i reached out months ago to no response. i was scheduled and when i had to reschedule they didn't call me back, or respond to my messages. i had to follow up with them! insane. the day before my consult i was told that i would be able to get my procedure done same day so they rescheduled my consult. the day of my consult i called them asking exactly what time i should be there in case i decide to move forward with my surgery same day. to which i was told the doctor is too busy and won't be able to see me that day. i told them if i won't be getting the surgery i don't want to just leave my house carrying 50k in cash.. i mentioned multiple times in multiple conversations that i would like to pay outright for my procedure. yet during my breakdown after my consult i was given about 12 different financing companies to sign up with. when i specifically mentioned i wanted to pay all cash for this procedure. the doctor seemed alright, but everyone that i met here seemed robotic, cold, and painfully unfriendly. while i was seated in the treatment consult office i was told if we get the financing done today the doctor can in fact see me? after telling me the doctor wont have time? i was also told they would email my breakdown later on that day, and they never did. i have whiplash. not to mention the price tag costs MORE than a mommy makeover from a WORLD RENOWNED plastic surgeon. and apparently that's the DISCOUNTED price due to "not having too much fat." i'm happy with my body. i didn't need to get this procedure at all. i could gladly wait until after i have kids and just get a mommy makeover if i wish. in this economy i cannot wrap my head around how a business can afford to be so disconcerting towards a cash paying patient. i actually wanted to get this done. and i mentioned multiple times i was motivated. they didn't really seem to care about me or what i wanted in anyway, which let's be honest, most people don't, but you can at least act like you do. especially with a price tag like that. also, i was finally offered water when i was leaving. airsculpt, if you need any marketing or managing assistance please feel free to reach out. you have my contact info. that was painful, and i didn't even get poked.

Thought, from the commercial it would be an easy process with little downtime....long story short they convinced me to do a mommy makeover. The day of surgery I stayed in a hotel over night near there as I had follow up the next day. My bed looked like a crime scene I bled out so much. Within a week, I had an infection so bad the doctor told me to put a Kotex with bleach in the incision, which was the worst pain ever. He then had me start going to his Culver Ciry office, since it was closer to me and it was dirty and gross. Thankfully it was just for follow up. In 2023, I noticed leaking from my belly button on occasion but so minimal I didn't think too much about it. It would happen in rare occasions. Now fast forward to 2025, my belly button started really leaking and it smelled horrible. Went to my doctors, had to go through ultrasounds, ct scans, blood work....nothing. My belly would swell on occasion as big as someone who was 7 mi the pregnant. Finally they had me just walk in while leaking and swabbed it. It was an infection. They recommended seeing a plastic surgeon since they deduced it may have been from my plastic surgery. I called Sono Bello in San Diego thinking they would be able to at least see me. They had no record of my surgery and wouldn't help me at all. I finally went to a plastic surgeon I was familiar with in Claremont. Here we are in 2026 and I just had surgery yesterday to remove infected sutures in my belly button. The infection had gotten so bad the hole in my belly button was the size of an eraser head. Sono Bello was nice as could be when taking my money but the fact they had no record of my surgery or refused to even try to help was appalling. Do NOT fall for the scam, you get what you pay for and investing in your body and health is worth more.

The consolation was very numbers focused (in regards to measurements and size), straight forward, and no-bullshit. He was honest about which sizes looked best, which type of implant would suit my body better, and overall made me feel confident in his abilities as a surgeon due to his honesty and education. His staff is AMAZING and Dr Kearney himself is extremely honest, blunt, and straight forward, which was exactly what I needed. He has this unique sense of humor that makes you feel at ease and provides that bedside manner that all patients are looking for. I scheduled my surgery shortly after my consultation. Dr Kearney was on time, polite, and reassuring with me come surgery day, making me feel comfortable and confident in my decision with him. I had decided to get 325cc implants, which I was hesitant about as I had a gut feeling that I wanted to go bigger. Fast forward to six months after my surgery (everything went well and I was healing great), I decided that I did in fact was to be larger, so I called Dr Kearney's office and scheduled another consultation for second surgery. Dr. Kearney was great and very understanding with my decision. We scheduled another surgery soon after, and agreed on 450cc's. This surgery went amazing again, and I was SO happy with the final result. He did a phenomenal job both times and was so easy to love during the process. I appreciate his honesty, confidence, and ability to make his patients feel comfortable in their decision. My advice, choose Dr. Kearney for your breast augmentation! He spoke very fast, was insistent, and both my support person and I felt lost and talked over. He told me my nipples were "turned down," which I disagreed with, and made unsolicited comments such as women not wanting to "look like a boy," that "guys don't care about scars," and that "you either have scars or you don't have bigger boobs." These comments felt inappropriate and made me feel pressured and insecure rather than supported. Overall, I felt that he did not listen to my goals or respect my boundaries. I booked this consultation specifically because of his advertised experience with endoscopic transaxillary cases and made my preferences very clear, yet I felt pushed toward a procedure I did not want. I would not trust this doctor and would recommend finding a surgeon who truly listens and has experience in the specific approach you're looking for. Additionally after the consultation, I called the office again to clarify whether it would be possible to proceed with an under-the-armpit approach without a lift, since I am comfortable with my breast shape and simply want more volume. He responded that I would "have the same breasts, just bigger," and that I would still have "the same problem." I explained that I do not see my breasts as a problem and that I like them as they are.
