Casey was such a sweet treasure of a soul. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, my personal preference and she listened without judgment!! I have been struggling with hair loss for many years and I also have thin gray hair! I brought my own shampoo and conditioner, Casey was so respectful and fairly knowledgeable about the challenges of gray hair and hair loss. I really appreciated how open she was when I shared that I preferred non-toxic, products without harmful chemicals. She even inquired about the products I brought. I said yes and tried to coordinated another day, and yet again CRICKETS. This studio is not reliable or communicative whatsoever. Do not book!!! You'll be waiting weeks to get a response. Update : the owner called me and apologized for lack of communication and requested I come back and try the other lash girl Elizabeth instead of Nicole (who was let go after). I'm glad I did because she was wonderful and did a way better job on my lashes than Nicole anyways. I hope the communication is better and we will see in the next two weeks.
