Got a text today from them saying they will no longer service the pool because the water level was low the last 4 times they came by. If I knew what was wrong with the pool I wouldnt have hired royal blue to begin with. You would be better off looking elsewhere for pool service. Even the text firing me was so condescending. Not good business.

In two days the pool was clear and nearly perfect already. I thought it would take weeks to get any kind of balance.
