I would rate it higher, however when we arrived, we were asked if we had a reservation (we did). We were then shoed to the side as the staff explained how to use the axes to other groups. During this time, another group arrived. They were assisted before we were even though we had filled out the forms and asked to wait. The other group that walked in after us got to pick their lane, which means we were left with the lane right at the entry of the building (all of the other lanes are in a separate room with music playing). When I asked the staff member if we could go to the back, he snapped that we were walk ins and had to take whatever lane they had. Um, ok?! We weren't walk-ins and in fact had arrived before the other group. After we were situated, the staff was super friendly in helping us learn how to throw. The wooden boards looked like they had seen better days and the axes barely stuck to them. It's BYOB, which is cool. The overall decor/layout seems kind of just thrown together. The place appears really make-shift... perhaps b/c they are new, but it just doesn't seem like the place is finished being built out yet. All in all, I am glad that I went and tried it. But it's a one and done for me.
