Mike, specifically, has completely cut off communication and does not respond to video evidence of overcrowding, smoking, or excessive noise. That said, if your water bill happens to be a little high one month, you can be sure you'll get a call from Mike Frolich right away. Overall, it's a mixed bag. While the property itself is nice, living here feels like a gamble due to lax tenant vetting. As long as the rent clears on the 1st, management appears indifferent to who is actually occupying the unit. Overall, the lack of oversight gives the impression that serious violations may go unaddressed unless external authorities become involved. Just something to think about before signing a lease here.
