Their patience was not there and they also told me they could complete my service when they actually couldnt take care of me. Really bummed because I usually don't leave reviews and just went in for a simple pedicure with polish. The gentleman who did my toes, clipped the side so short that it instantly bleed, he didn't even apologize. It has since progressed into an ingrown nail. I am not a frequent nail doer. I am rough on my nails plus I typically am not all that impressed with the work at the end of it. As such I don't get my nails done on a regular basis but rather from time to time when I need a refresh. So I was blown away by my experience here! The work on my toes is by far the best pedicure I've ever received. I believe my technicians name was Vo. She was such a master craftsman with her work. She was very thorough and patient. This place is amazing and super clean with very courteous and professional staff. We came here to celebrate a girlfriend's birthday. My friend made the appointment for 3 pedis and 2 manis and they greeted us promptly. I did the V's deluxe which included a salt scrub on my feet and calves and a parafin wax for my feet and a moisturizing mask for my calves. They also cover your calves with hot, moist towels while your feet are in the wax. I opted to do a reverse french pedi and that was a simple, nominal fee. The massage chairs are divine where they massaged exactly where I needed after going to Crossfit today. This is definitely the place to spend the afternoon with the girls or to just have me-time. V's is my favorite nail salon and I have visited many. Mary's service is excellent and consistent from nails and toes to eyebrows. I hadn't treated myself since 3/2020 due to Covid but my daughter and I spent many happy hours here before. Recently I had bitten my nails to the quick and she saved me with a beautiful dip with tips, short the way I like it. Totally recommend this service oriented, clean and friendly establishment. Initially I was happy with my acrylic nails with shellac. However, the last time I recently had them done, the claimed "Manager" was rude, unapologetic and rushed to repair a nail that chipped the day after I had them done. They up charge for every little thing And I tip well. However, he and others in the salon were rude and grouchy just because I didn't remember the color. I thought I did and told him the number I remembered, but it was wrong. They were searching for the color while talking in their language and treating me very rudely and impatiently. I explain to them I work a lot of hours and it is difficult for me to get in the salon and find time to do so because of my work schedule. The so-called manager rushed through my repair in initially was just going to polish the corner that chipped. He then drilled all the polish off and picked the wrong color. I did not have my glasses on, so I did not notice this until I left and I just did not wanna go back inside anymore. I think it is extremely rude for them to talk about customers in front of them. And they also laughed while they were talking. My daughter has use Google translate before and I can assure you the things they say are not at all nice about customers. I will never go back to the salon and I suggest you don't either and hopefully this review is helpful for you to save money and go to a place where you are not treated rudely and your nails do not chip repeatedly. The same nail chipped that same day. Also, the claim to manager often walks out of the salon and takes phone calls and texts while doing nails. This is extremely unprofessional. I am not at all racist, but I really do wish there were more American salons available. read more

I have to find a fabulous nail salon experienced with Shellac near my (relatively) new home. I cannot keep commuting to Revo in Lakewood even though I have yet to find a place with better service and skill. I went to V's on my first stop on this mission. Sigh. They were all very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Massage chairs for pedicures, comfortable manicure chairs, wide variety of products, colors, and many technicians. All good things. I am only giving V's a two star rating for the location and the demeanor of the staff. Aside from that, I will not go back. My Shellac manicure was streaky, not the color I wanted, and every edge was sloppy. I know I'm picky but I also need my nails to look fantastic all the time and I can't pay for a service that's not top notch. On the upside, for all you acrylic nail fans - it looked like they did a fabulous job on those. read more

I just had one of the worst manicures. The guy who did it (I have no idea what his name is because he didn't even speak to me) seemed to hate his life. He barely did anything with my cuticles and the polish is so thick that although I sat there under the dryer for a very long time the nails are bubbled and have dings. My mother and I came here after having an issue with the original salon we were heading to. We called them right before they closed and they invited us to still come in for service. When we got there we were seen after a very short wait (less than 10 minutes for a walk-in) and I received a wonderful massage from the technician who was working with me. The best part about the experience was how long lasting the shellac was. For every other salon that I have been to, my shellac has chipped within two weeks, but the Shellac I got at V's lasted me for three weeks until I went back. I got shellac done again and it's been two weeks since my last visit and my nails have not chipped or flaked at all. read more

I have been coming here for years. Nothing fancy about the salon, it could actually use an update but that's not a concern for me. I always see Vo and she does a fantastic job on my dip nails and pedicures! She is the only person i have found that truly takes time to dig out the dead skin around my big toes. I "walk in" for a pedicure once a month and have never waited more than 5 minutes to be served. Mary (I'm sorry I can't remember her Asian name) always does a great job. I have tried other salons and none of them can match the talent of this young lady. I leave there with my legs tingling with life and am good for another month. read more

I went here for a rebase only. My last full set at another salon was bad, and I needed a good fill. I had no wait and a gentleman immediately sat me down. I inquired about a pedicure, and was told a good price for both, so went ahead and got a pedicure too. It was pretty good, although the guy didn't seem that comfortable with painting toes. I got a french on my toes, and they were bad. He used pink/clear polish on one toe, then changed his mind and used clear on the other 9. I have a pink toe now. lol Other than that they were friendly. Awful! I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and this by far was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. My nails look half attempted and the pink and white didn't get shaved down enough so they look like huge bumps of product just on my nails and it makes it look like I didnt get a rebase. He cut me 3 times which I understand happens sometimes! It would have been no big deal besides that one of my fingers started bleeding and he continued to file it down. Just a really bad experience and I absolutely hate my nails :( won't be going back. read more

The nail tech was attentive and efficient. It's a few miles drive from the center of Highlands Ranch (across from Park Meadows) but worth it. I never write reviews, ever! But I was extremely disappointed with my shellac mani. I came here because of the somewhat decent reviews and stars it had. My nails look like my little sister did them. When the lady was doing them, after painting on the color I asked her to fix some nails because they were completely bubbled and streaked and looked truly horrible. She said "oh it will look better after the top coat". After the top coat I showed her it didn't look any different. So she redid the bubbly nails. After she was finished and "fixed them" I looked at my nails and almost started crying because shellac is not cheap! And I was extremely disappointed. They were super streaky and don't even cover my whole nails! There also were still bubbles and little chunks. I was still not pleased but I am a non confrontational person and hate to cause a scene so I paid and left with my bad nails. I will not be returning. I don't treat myself very often so spending 35 on nails was a major splurge for me and I feel like I just threw away money. The only reason I would give it a star is because it was clean and they took me as a walk in and got started right away. read more
