So if upon arrival you felt like it should be more, I should have been informed ASAP. NOT when the job was done. I'm out of town. I can't check for anything, all I got was 70$ for the 1st hr, and 60$ for additional hrs with 2ppl. My issue is not with the price, it's with you telling me months after our initial conversation per text which was 130$ for the first deep cleaning and 100$ every 4 wks after!! They were charging more then the first cleaning with NO explanation why!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Things change, yes. NOT after service rendered or after an initial agreement with no reasoning. Then I get home and the wall behind the stove is dirty, there's broken glass on my front door step, a ring at the bottom of my shower, and dog hair on the back of my couch. What was I paying extra for??? You didn't even do the bare minimum. So bad day or NOT, unacceptable service for the LAST day of service.

Eco-Friendly brought over a team and I'm so happy I chose their service. [SERVICE] I chose a deep clean service with multiple add-ons (window blinds, extra tub/shower scrub). Due to the size of our house we were provided with 4 cleaners who arrived exactly on time - I was so pleased that we were given 4 cleaners instead of the standard 2. But keep in mind, this depends on the service and add-ons selected as well as the size and condition of your home. It took 2.5 hours with the crew of 4. The cleaners that came were all so respectful, courteous and attentive to detail. I hope the next time I call, we get to have this same exact team. [QUALITY] I have two dogs (including a very furry Golden Retriever), and the amount of fur bunnies that roll around the floors and furniture is never ending. The areas underneath the beds and sofas were like deep, dark jungles of fur. After the cleaning service, it was so clean, I could see the reflection of my face coming off those floors. There was also this small, dusty Slytherin pin tumbling around my closet, someone even cleaned that. [PRICE] The price depends on the service(s) you're requesting (noting that a standard clean and a deep clean are different), the size of your house, and also the condition your house is in. With that being said, I was happy with the price I paid. I've tried Hux a few times and one other cleaning service in the Atlanta area, all of those charged less but the service and quality were not worth it. But I'm happy with the service and quality I received from Eco-Friendly for the price I paid, and I will gladly call them next time.

I've had two deep cleans with them (2021 and 2024) and they put so much effort into doing a great job- both beforehand in preparing for the clean, and during the actual clean. My condo looks and feels so much better. They were so thorough! I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it. One more note, the cleaning was almost a week ago and my house still smells great when I walk in. I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products.

Let me preface this by saying, I used Lamont Leite and his cleaning service called "Golden Hand Cleaning Services" back when they were new, and were looking for customers to grow his business. I was one of their first clients, and Lamont came with two other ladies to clean. I thought Lamont and his crew did a pretty good job (but looking back now, they did break an antique soap dish attached to the tub and instead of just telling me about it, & offering something for the damage, which I wouldn't have accepted but they could have asked) they just placed the broken piece of porcelain on top of the holder on wall (I did not notice until they left). Maybe, that was the sign I should have paid attention to back then. But they were new, so just brushed it off. I ended up using Lamont Leite's "Golden Hands Cleaning Services" company to clean my father's house as well, and they did a decent job on that, too. However, decided to hire another crew who were truly AWESOME, for bi-weekly cleanings. Unfortunately, the main lady who cleaned my house had to start babysitting her granddaughter, so was in need of a new cleaning company. Fast forward to this past week -- I have been looking for a new cleaning service. I remembered Lamont & "Golden Hands Cleaning Services", so texted him (Tuesday, Jan. 25th) & asked if he could clean my home, ect. Lamont texted back that they were only using 'one cleaner' due to Covid. (Ok, my home is a little big for just one person but understood their concerns.) Lamont then told me he could have a lady come out and do an estimate (but he never gave a date/ time). It felt like I had to push to get an answer for a specific date. Finally, he said a lady, named Cris, would be available to come out and do a quote 'early morning' next Tuesday & then she could clean afterward. I am not sure what exact time 'early morning' meant as that is not the best time, due to our work schedules, so asked Lamont if she had any time to come closer to noon, & if she did not that day, then any day next week. I also texted, verbatim "if she is not available during 12:00-1:00 p.m., then I can get my husband to be there early, on Tuesday morning (Feb. 1st) for her to do the estimate and clean." Lamont Leite then texted "we will have to go over her schedule and see. I will let you know as soon as I have the details". That was Jan. 25th. I did not hear from Lamont, so two days later, on Jan.27th, I texted if he had any news on their schedule because he never got back to me. I said, "Hi Lamont, if she is still only available Tuesday morning then I can do that and am really looking to get a cleaning soon." Lamont texted, ''we are working on that & need to hear back from customers about next week's schedule. I think, we will have that done by tomorrow & will get back to you then. Thanks." Well, for the 2nd time, Lamont Leite never texted me back. It is now Monday, Jan. 31st and texted him once more and asked, "Hi Lamont, apologies for bothering you again, but I never heard back on the schedule for your cleaner in my area. Can she still come over in the morning?" Lamont responded, "we already have someone else booked for tomorrow morning on her team. It looks like we won't have anything available on her team until mid-February." Then, I texted "that is fine, do you have any specific dates in February?" And, "if you guys are no longer taking new clients, I understand - just let me know?" After this, is when Lamont Leite got rude - He responded, "we don't have specific dates because we'd need to confirm and make adjustments according to our customers needs & our availability. As far as taking new customer, we are. I had offered you tomorrow morning but instead we will do another new customer. Now, we are working with a very tight schedule & we are doing our best to accommodate everyone (I guess, Lamont meant 'everyone' but me.)-: So, Lamont Leite wasted my time. I dislike time wasters because if he had just let me know he was going to be passive aggressive later & never intended on having anyone clean my home, due to my simply asking "if his cleaner could do an estimate later in the day" (even when, I reminded him several times, that if she COULD NOT come later for an estimate, I would take the Tuesday morning, February 1st cleaning slot (as I could have my husband be home during that time, if needed). But instead, Lamont got unprofessional, in his response. I told him, "I wished he had let me know sooner, as I was waiting on him to get back with me, since last Tuesday, Jan. 25th for a specific date/ time, or a confirmation for Tuesday (February 1st) morning because, I could have been contacting other cleaning companies for the past week." He responded "I'm sorry you feel that way. Good Luck." I would not recommend Lamont Leite and his cleaning company Golden Hand Cleaning Services.

The whole team was very conscientious and diligent . If I asked them to go over something again they redid the cleaning. I will be honest that I was not sure what was in store when I booked this cleaning service .. I took a chance on them as they had no reviews on Yelp but am sure glad I did ... Fantastic service and really friendly people! I needed to get an emergency cleaning when I was…read moretaking over someone else's lease and they had left the place a complete mess. I called these guys and they were able to come and start cleaning within 5 hours. Very thorough with the cleaning, made the carpets look brand new. They charge by the hour but did not fuss about how many hours they had technically worked. The guys even helped me move my sofas in after they were done cleaning. Overall a little pricey when initially thinking about it but completely worth it in the end
