But keep in mind, this depends on the service and add-ons selected as well as the size and condition of your home. It took 2.5 hours with the crew of 4. The cleaners that came were all so respectful, courteous and attentive to detail. I hope the next time I call, we get to have this same exact team. [QUALITY] I have two dogs (including a very furry Golden Retriever), and the amount of fur bunnies that roll around the floors and furniture is never ending. My condo looks and feels so much better. They were so thorough! I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it. We agreed on roughly 6 hours of work for a normal 3/2.5 home with typical daily use (dusty, but nothing extreme). Instead, they dragged the job out to a painfully slow 10 hours, then had the audacity to tack on over $100 beyond the quoted price. To make matters worse, the coordinator insulted the homeowner by describing the property as "neglected" and "unlivable"--a wildly untrue and unprofessional remark. To be clear, the cleaner herself worked hard and did her best, but the overall experience was uncomfortable, overpriced, and felt duplicitous. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.
