Hmong-owned business with EXCELLENT jerkey. Met them at the White Lotus food market in Portland Chinatown. Super friendly folks who were giving out free samples of all the flavors! We got the sweet and savory & the lemongrass, both mild spicy. The extra hot was also very delicious with that extra kick (tingle in the back of throat). read more
