A quick search led me to Beverly Hills Spa, and that ended up being a great find. From the first phone call, the experience was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and able to get me scheduled for early that afternoon without any hassle. I showed up about 10 minutes before my appointment and was already in a chair with fluids running within another 10 minutes. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and they made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Overall, a very positive and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back.

Dr. Chadi Dahabra did no sort of consultation before starting injections, did not listen to what I wanted or the fact that I was about to pass out on the table because I felt so rushed & uneasy with the experience as a hole. My lips are now extremely bumpy and I whole heartedly wish I would not have come here. This whole process is not going to cost more to have a professional injector dissolve and redo my filler. I can feel every pocket he injected, I have 5 pockets on the left side of my lip and 1 on the right. So not only do I have bumpy lips they are not symmetrical at all. I don't even understand how he thought this was acceptable to a paying client. Also, the cleanliness and transparency, the girl who went in before me, her botox and needle was still on the counter, nothing was cleaned in between our appointments and I was never even shown the product that was injected into my lips. Overall I should have listened to my gut feeling the second I stepped into the place but, this is my warning to anyone else thinking about getting filler at this med spa, just don't. I have been getting my lips and botox done for years & this is not how it is supposed to be.

Every single person I interacted with was so kind, helpful, warm, and welcoming. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm lavender-scented hand towel while I checked in. Upstairs, I was given a locker and shown around the women's locker room where there are clean showers, a sauna, bathrooms, and an area with sinks and toiletries. In the waiting area, I was asked to select 3 scented oils (one is used to scent the face cradle during the massage and the others are used on your body throughout the massage). Each scent comes with a card to explain the benefits of each one. My massage was AMAZING. I had Mike Johnson who was incredibly kind, funny, and listened really well to what I asked him to focus on and avoid. He was friendly, but didn't chat too much during the actual massage which was perfect for me. The actual massage itself (I asked for deep tissue) was excellent. Afterwards, I spent some time in their large sauna with 2 other friends, and felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. I never felt rushed and the staff remained attentive the entire time. As I checked out, I had a lovely chat with Janet Goldman at the front desk, who explained the rigorous training and selection process that all employees have to go through. Tammy Fender makes sure her team is absolutely top notch and you can tell they all care so much about their clients. This was one of the best spas I have ever been to, hands down.
