I tried to call and they turned me over to the fraud department! They said they could not help me! They even said to me that even cashiers checks and money orders could be fraudulent! This was a money order given to me by my roommate for rent! Rent is due at the latest on the third ! The rent money will not be available until the 5th of the month! My advise, be careful when putting any guaranteed money orders deposits and Cashiers checks deposits into this bank especially if you have to pay rent on time because they will make sure you will be evicted because your rent was not paid on time!
