I have had vyve for 5+ years now. Off and on with service. Filed with the FCC once and techs came, blamed squirrels and changed all of my equipment and tore the outside of my house up. Good service for a couple months. NOW last week 2-2.5 days of outages and my internet goes down today. I get on. Pay my bill. Nothing. APPARENTLY they disconnected me today and never notified me. Told me I need to pay the reconnect AND next month in advance to have it turned on. I filed with the FCC again. Company is a joke read more

I've read the other reviews regarding customer service, they are dated a year ago. Well it's hasnt improved any. Today I spoke to the 4th person about my account and the level of incompetence and inefficiency is unparalleled. My online payment didn't process because I mistyped the bank routing number. I only found out when I got the notice for a work order to disconnect my service. The details are long and spanned 3 days. It was finally resolved but it was only after much pressure from me. I made several suggestions as to how they could improve their system. I'll be looking for a new provider. read more

I've had this for going on 13months and it's the worst internet I've had. Cuts in and out all the time multiple times a day. Called months ago and complained , they said it all looks good on there side so I would need to check mine. I did and it still would work correctly ,sometimes it would go out for hours. I just hoped others had the same issue and would call and complain. Months later still having issues so I called again and told them the same details adding last calls details and I got told hat I should've been calling each time it went out to let them know. I told her I was calling y'all but y'all said for me to check my things and it's good on y'all's end. Can't keep going in circles. I can't wait for cox to arrive in my location. Not to forget to mention they went up $10 on my monthly bill even knowing I've had problems with the services the whole time. If cox come out this way Vyve will be shut out of business in this area! Worst internet service of all time literally never works. We are paying for a business account and it cuts out about every twenty minutes there is no way to make money with internet like Vyve. Broken just completely broken. read more

Vyve has the worst customer service on the face of the planet! They hooked me up for broadband internet 8 months ago and have yet to come bury the cable. It is strung across both my neighbors yard and my yard. Now I'm trying to call them and their damn computer answers and you cannot get to a live person. I do not recommend this company. Horrible service. They won't try to even figure out what the problem is. Losing packets/data and speed is unreliable. Neither Is connection. They charge way too much because of this.. everybody we know in shawnee have this problem and where I live they are the only provider I can use because my work at home job won't allow me to use satellite. And paying online by putting cash on a gift card is near impossible because they only accept American Express Blue Bird cards which nobody uses American express anymore read more

The customer support for Vyve Broadband is absolutely horrible. I have been on the phone waiting for a rep for over 47 minutes now. There's no outage in my area but I have no service. The automated response has the option for a rep to call back by pressing "9", but even this function doesn't work. I've switched out modems 3 times in the past 2 days and still no service. I'd switch but they're the only provider in my area. If you have the option to use a different provider go with the other provider. I wouldn't even give these guys 1 star but it's the lowest allowed on Yelp. read more

screwed up my install schedule costing me an hour on hold and time off of work to get it done, less than a week later service is down and I spent another hour on hold. I think Ill go back to my AT&T at least it worked. read more

They are the only broadband option in town and they know it. They have absolutely no concern about the consumers wants or needs. Took three weeks to get primary installation. 70 dollars installation "one time fee". Internet out a couple days first month. Turned me off on a Friday over 20 dollars (my fault? Sure, but really?) with no shut off notice or call. Response, "we can climb the pole and turn you back on on Wednesday (6 days later). Wow, climb the pole. They still do that? Time Warner could do it over the phone. Low rent company with a low rent attitude charging premium prices. If you can, choose anything else. Then again. Att is probably just as bad. It's a shame. vyve could be a better company. read more
