After my first contact with the owner of Valley Energy I could see he was not one of the usual suspects. He took the time to talk with me at length and could answer all my questions to a level that the others could not. His products are cutting edge and great quality and his methods of install and warranty on his work are second to none. He even invited me to a presentation that one of his suppliers was giving on some of the products which I took him up on. I became completely confident in him and can whole heartedly say I recommend Valley Energy. I don't know about the other reviewer that left a post but as someone in the industry, it reeks as one of "those" customers that has no clue about the trade and ends up being a nightmare to work with.
