Now that's customer service! He and his staff exude professionalism and he knows more cutting-edge technique than any other dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Wright's office is full of all the bells and whistles we've come to expect, with premium equipment, flat screens,and headsets, and he's more than willing to seek out and purchase any proprietary tools to work on other dentists work. He has such a cohesive staff that works well together. They are very competitively priced and have early hours, too, so it's easy to get in before work. After x-rays pictures and cleaning was given an extensive summary and treatment plan and it was my choice how to move forward without pressuring you to get it done right then and now. She was told they would sedate her and do it in two phases (top & bottom). She was quoted $16,000 for the first phase and then they helped my mother open a line of credit to pay for it all. Thankfully she called me before she had the work done. I took her to my trusted family dentist when she came for a visit. Our dentist took new x-rays and said that in fact NOTHING they recommended was necessary. She also reviewed all of the billing codes they quoted and found questionable billing throughout - many codes were duplicated/unnecessary. She said what they wanted to do was absolutely criminal, and she is planning to report this practice to the TX State Board of Dental Examiners. I'm disgusted that someone would take advantage of an elderly patient like this, and I'm also left wondering how many times they've done this before. Terrible.

They had an opening the next day! Everything went as planned! Praise the Lord. Dentist of Lake Worth is right in the heart of Lake Worth. There's lots of traffic and lots of sunshine in the area. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. All the paperwork is done on the apple iPad. The Dental Assistant had a calm spirit about herself and explained everything she was doing. She even complimented my Oral Hygiene. I don't mean to brag but, I worked really hard this year to keep the Cavities away and I did! Go meee! Lol! She said, YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR TEETH!. I was like Thank You! The X-rays are the best I've ever had! Lol. Who says that about an X-rays. I do. In the past they have been painful. They do digital X-rays versus the film X-ray which makes more comfy and easy to insert in the mouth. The Dentist was incredibly nice and personable. He is from Israel! Sorry forgot his name. He cleaned by teeth very quickly and efficiently. I feel like it, did not take long at all! Fluoride was included with the exam at no extra charge and I got a free pack of Floss threaders which I desperately needed! PTL! The office assistant scheduled my six month follow up and offered a payment plan options for next time. I'll be in in another six months because, I finally found an honest Dentist! Dentist is under contract with our insurance companies and has contracted amounts he can only charge. Did not have this issue with the dentist office until Stephanie began working in billing. Sent her EOB showing what their office's contracted amount was, what we paid and what our other insurance company paid and still they will not refund our money. Reported them to the "State Board of Dental Examiners". Belnap owes us over $500.00.

I started going to Ft Worth Gentle Dental last year. I've…read morehad nothing but good experiences. They filled two cavities for me this spring. I went back a month or so later with pain again in one of the filled teeth. I ended up needing a root canal (not due to their work, it was a large cavity) which stinks but I was credited for the previous filling! Great! Also, it was a mostly painless experience. The dental tech (can't think of her name currently!) is amazing at explaining what's going on and she was reassuring when we got to some tough spots. Healed well and I'm back in action. Occasional Saturdays available which is helpful because during the week they aren't open late. My insurance takes this office so I haven't found them to be unaffordable. They have in house payment/credit type programs available I believe.
