Then sat in a hygienist chair waiting for 40 minutes... at 10:15 I asked when he was going to be seen. The office manager came in and I asked how much longer it was going to take for him to be seen. She told me they schedule for 90 minute appointments. At this point we had already spent 50 waiting to see a hygienist. I asked why the appointment was made for 9:30 knowing we were going to have to wait for so long? She asked, "would you like to cancel these appointments"? (It was going to be my two sons today, and myself and daughter tomorrow.) I hadn't even considered that, but given the attitude of the "Office Manager" that was seemingly the best option. The Manager was condescending and smarmy when I was asking how much longer it was going to be. When we were walking out the door, I told her I was going to leave a review, the Office Manager calls, "bless your heart". Such an utterly disrespectful, unhelpful woman. I would encourage you to find another dentist. Unless you like being talked down to, your time disrespected, and being treated like you're an inconvenience... then this is obviouslythe place for you.

They were extremely friendly, clean office, front staff was very pleasant. Wait time was nothing compared to what I've experienced in the past. They were very informative about the treatment, what to expect, and asked me and my daughter if we had any question or concerns and even offered suggestions. My daughter even mentioned she really liked the dentist, which is very rare. I will be back for me and my husband to be seen as well. Incredible.

From the office staff to the x-ray tech, the dental hygienist Casey and the Dr. Patel, this location really cares about your dental health. They do not rush you, they take the time to answer all the questions and concerns you have which is great. I would recommend this office. The dental hygienist Casey was very courteous and professional and took time to explain the old crown needed a replacement, as well as the service options available to meet my needs. After x-rays pictures and cleaning was given an extensive summary and treatment plan and it was my choice how to move forward without pressuring you to get it done right then and now. I started going to Ft Worth Gentle Dental last year. I've…read morehad nothing but good experiences. They filled two cavities for me this spring. I went back a month or so later with pain again in one of the filled teeth. I ended up needing a root canal (not due to their work, it was a large cavity) which stinks but I was credited for the previous filling! Great! Also, it was a mostly painless experience. The dental tech (can't think of her name currently!) is amazing at explaining what's going on and she was reassuring when we got to some tough spots. Healed well and I'm back in action. Occasional Saturdays available which is helpful because during the week they aren't open late. My insurance takes this office so I haven't found them to be unaffordable. They have in house payment/credit type programs available I believe.

Dr Klassen does not listen to her patients, is not thorough in her examinations, and is…read moredisrespectful. When visiting I understood the stare of my teeth but Dr Klassen gave me hope that we could fix the issues. After the 3rd visit, in the middle of prepping me for yet another root canal, she tells me dentures would probably be my best route. Only after thousands of dollars in did she volunteer this information. I had previously asked her to remove a tooth that cause severe pain and she said she thought she could save that to only be removed a few months later. When I confronted her about this she said she thought she could save it once again. Now I go to get a second opinion about dentures and not only does the denture specialist tell me that in good conscience she cannot remove my teeth for dentures but that a root canal crown that Dr Klassen put in had a huge cavity on it. One of the most recents. I just saw Dr Klassen a month ago and when I asked her about it she says she didn't see it. Not sure how she could miss it since I could see it with the naked eye. On top of this, I am clearly upset and she proceeds to laugh at me crying. Horrible, horrible woman! At least her staff is nice.
