This company advertised a free sample of mascara if you took a survey. I took a LENGTHY survey and then was unable to make their site work to order the sample so I sent them a message. I received an automated response that day. The next day they said they were looking into it. Two days later they said I had to email them. Then that same day they said I wasn't eligible for it because I wasn't subscribed to their newsletter PRIOR to the promotion! What a crock! This is the worst customer service. I will absolutely not be doing business with them and you shouldn't either! read more

A sweet friend recommended the makeup line at W3LL PEOPLE a few months ago, so I stopped in for a visit this morning to use a gift card I received for Christmas. I was greeted with a warm smile and felt welcomed instantly by one of their associates, Kana. I'd mentioned to her that I'd drifted from wearing makeup on a regular basis, and was in search of more natural products for easing back into the routine. Kana was incredibly knowledgeable about W3LL PEOPLE history, products and application. Her customer service was outstanding, and after she spent nearly a half hour with me, finding the correct shades, applying products to my skin, etc., I felt I'd been transformed! I'm so grateful for her time and expertise! Unfortunately, I realized my gift card can only be used for online products. I left the store confident in what to purchase and feeling incredibly cared for. I returned home and placed my online order immediately. I heard about W3ll People after paying a friend a compliment on her gorgeous complexion. She was quick to give W3ll People some credit for her glowing skin. I have been using their narcissist stick for several years now and love it. I have a few other of their products and can attest to their quality. The big plus is the company is based in Austin and their products are certified organic with ingredients you can pronounce. They helped my gal pal and I find the perfect brow gel... she was so professional and super hygienic with the application. If you're looking for clean make-up swaps then this is your place. Super inexpensive. I am a make up minimalist and have about 5 W3ll People products that take less than five minutes to apply and gets me out the door. This is not the super funky cat eye drag queen (although I love and respect y'all) .. this is the clean, non-toxic 2019 way to do your make up... I love how they are local and down to earth here. My friend and I stopped in here for me to ask some questions after a friend of mine gave me some of their mascara for my birthday. Staff was extremely knowledgeable not only about their products but about health stuff in general too, which goes to show they really believe in and have a passion for what they do. I have been struggling with super dry skin and rosacea to go along with thyroid/autoimmune issues, so when got a facial and still noticed by the next day how much more smooth my face was, I had to go back and buy more products! However upon walking in I was greeted by Laney and was surprised by how easy it was to talk about what I was looking for. She never made me feel incompetent, even when finding out I was still using store brand face wash, and was able to make finding my product a fun conversation rather than a judgmental interview. If you are looking for natural makeup and skincare products, I highly recommend this place. Customer service and attention is top-notch. One on one help and personalized suggestions were great. I was concerned because they used a lot of products on me and any time I've tried new things on my face my skin breaks out horribly. I was very surprised last night after washing my face that there was not a single breakout. This morning i felt like my skin looked calm still and maybe smoother. I like the rose clay soap and acne treatment oil a lot. The only product I wasn't crazy about was the foundation. The products are pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for. I stopped in on Saturday evening around 5:45 with my mom. We were both greeted immediately and I explained that I was looking to replace an old foundation from them and see what new products were available. I've been a fan of W3ll People for several months now and I'm so happy I made the switch! It's wonderful knowing I'm putting the cleanest ingredients on my face and my skin has improved greatly just by switching up my skincare and makeup.
