The employees at this location were very friendly when my coupon wasn't working, and they helped fix it. These cookies are so soft and taste delicious, but I think they could significantly reduce their amount of sugar and still have some pretty good tasting cookies because they are so sweet. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had and couldn't be more disappointed.
