Today (3/1/26 @ 10:45AM) I went to the edible arrangements in Harker Heights to redeem a free gift coupon I had received for a dipped fruit cone, this was my first time ever going to edible arrangements and based on this experience I will never return or recommend anyone to this business. The associate working was very rude and despite having the coupon in my email on my phone and showing it to her, she wanted to insist that I am m not in the system; she finally manually entered the coupon code then she got me the order but never once asked which fruit I would like, instead she simply gave me strawberries which nowhere on the coupon did it state it has to be strawberries , what if I was allergic to strawberries??? This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had and couldn't be more disappointed. My wife placed an order for me to celebrate our anniversary. I stayed home specifically to receive the arrangement but still had to take several calls for work. During one of the calls, I received a call from the deliver driver but was unable to answer at that moment. There was no voicemail left, so I was unsure who called. After my call, I called the number back and there was no answer. I never heard a knock on the door nor was the doorbell rang nor did my ring cameras show anyone trying to deliver the arrangement. At the end of the day my wife drove 30 miles to the Edible Arrangements location to pick up the order after work. She arrive at about 5:45pm and the store was closed even though the hours posted said the store closed at 6pm. In addition the website said that the store closes at 7pm, so my wife believed she had ample time to get the arrangement. I called first thing the next morning and the store work told me I had to wait for a call back after 10 from the manager. I never received a call back and had to call the manager. I was finally able to get ahold of the "manager" and was told they couldn't find our house and it was my fault for not answering the phone. I told the "manager" about my wife driving out there and she lied and said she posted her phone number on the door. My wife has a photo to prove there was nothing posted. She refused to re-deliver the arrangement to me after giving me the run around as to why it wasn't even attempted to be delivered. After all that, the "manager" hung up on me. I would leave 0 if I could. I had to call to verify my order was received and was guaranteed that the order would be delivered. They did not make it to the office in time for delivery. Manager is not willing to cancel the order. It was an employee's birthday and they want to deliver late or give me a 50% discount. Their reasoning is the system was down and they could start deliveries until 1 pm. Very unprofessional and not willing to work with customers. This unfortunately is the second time this has happened. I order it to be sent and delivered in the day and it doesn't make it during those hours. Apparently even if I have ordered before others days before, it doesn't matter. Actually, it did not get delivered at all during the work hours the last time and I had to finally go pick it up myself (and still wait because they couldn't find it). Instead of a refund or discount, they just gave me a small cheesecake. I ended up trying again for someone's birthday today and the same thing is happening. All other orders delivered way before mine makes it to the person (and I live in the town that this location is at). Not sure if more delivery drivers are needed or what but it's terrible. If I knew it would occur again, I would just skip the delivery charges and pick it up myself. No point in paying the extra. Upon writing this, I just won't order from here again. I am in another state. I ordered something for delivery for my daughter-in-law's 1st Mother's day earlier this morning, for same-day delivery. They live in an apartment complex, but my family doesn't like to give out their gate code for security reasons. When ordering, your website asks for the recipient's name and contact information, which I provided. I received an email today stating the driver attempted delivery, but was unsuccessful. My daughter-in-law stated no one ever called her. I reached out to the local store and was told that the drivers are not required to contact the recipient and can opt to do so as a courtesy, so my only option was to have them come to the store to pick the product up. I pointed out to both the young lady who answered my call, as well as the on-shift manager that the requirement for a gate code is not specified anywhere on the website. Secondly, the email confirming non-delivery states that Edible Arrangements will be in contact with the recipient to reschedule the delivery. Why your organization can make contact AFTER a delivery attempt and not before, sounds counter-productive, when they could have simply called her at the gate and she would have buzzed them in. on top of that, if the contact with the recipient is a courtesy, then it sounds as though there may not be any contact with the recipient even AFTER a failed-delivery attempt. I pointed this out to both the young lady who answered the phone, as well as to the store manager, to no avail. They simply repeated the script about the delivery driver only has to call as a courtesy, and not as a requirement, they could not offer any solutions that made sense, and simply claimed that this was spelled out on the website. Well, I just went back to the website and re-walked through mimicking my order for today, and it does NOT specify that if the recipient lives in a gated apartment complex/community that providing a gate code is mandatory or that calling the recipient is optional, which is what I was told by the store 683 employee and her manager. I also checked your company's delivery policies, and it does not state that there either. So either one of two things are occurring: 1) Your company is falsely advertising around delivery capabilities for Mother's Day. 2) Or your store employees are falsely representing the delivery policies to cover up for the fact the drivers are "busy and don't have time to contact every customer" as stated by the store 683 manager. I placed an order and they were not able to deliver the order because they couldn't find the destination (even though their website had no problem locating the destination and placing my order) It has been 2 days and my order is still not delivered. When I went to the "track my order" link, it told me that my order had not even started being worked on yet and this was well into the next day. When I called the store the next day, they told me that the order had been attempted to be delivered and that the recipient said it was OK for it to come the next day. I wasn't notified about any of this. The only information I had to go off of was the "track my order" link that was telling me my order hadn't even been created. When I called the shop, the two women were very rushed, rude, and unhelpful. When I inquired about a refund for my same day shipping fee, they told me that it was the same fee for every type of delivery. When I placed the order online, that was not the case. I received a birthday basket from Edible Arrangements in Harker Heights, Tx and was very dissatisfied with the quality of the fruit. The cantaloupe and honeydew melon wedges were soft and mushy and the pineapple was bruised and had brown edges that were dripping sticky brown fluid. The only fruit that was fresh was the strawberries. The birthday basket was pretty but it was should have been called an Inedible Arrangement because the mushy and brown fruit was inedible. Called the next day and left a voicemail in the morning of opening hours , call was never returned. Going on 24+ hrs later order status now says " unable to deliver" after several times saying "order does not exist " called the store, associate unable to explain what the issue was. So all in all I do NOT recommend this store/location. Terrible customer service and charging fees that they don't complete. I wanted my granddaughter to have a great milestone birthday, 10yrs old. However, they truly missed the mark on this one. Everyone in the household said the pineapples tasted spicy and didn't look as fresh, they forgot the balloons so they would deliver them the next day. By the time the balloons was delivered they was old and already deflating. They could have provided 'fresh' balloons, which is something I had paid for -- Fresh. It was for my mom's 85th birthday and we never planned on the arrangement to have mushy blueberries & strawberries and an unripe dark green colored mango that was so hard it was like trying to eat the middle of a pineapple!! The pineapple and kiwi were wonderful and the watermelon was just okay. Terrible. I'm telling my family not to send any more arrangements that would be delivered by Harker Heights store. The manager lied to my face that she gave my wife the choice of delivery or pick up. She told my wife it had to be picked up since it was non deliverable the day prior. My wife was home all day, no attempt to deliver was made. This is the 3rd time my wife or I had to pick up an arrangement. One time my wife received a delivery and the fruit was spoiled. When she called to complain, she was told she would get another arrangement but, she had to go and pick it up.
