He was about 25 minutes early for our appointment. He got started taking the machine apart. As you can imagine the inside of the dryer had some lint in it. Mike took the time to pull out the lint by hand putting all the coins on top of the dryer. He asked me to come look at something and he found a small diamond that had come out of my husbands ring a few years ago. He found the source of the squeak and had the part in his car. He replaced it and was out the door for the price of his service fee and part. Total $130. I can't believe how reasonable his rates are for how good he is. I will be using him again.

Very little accountability. Atlas replaced our ice maker, which was overflowing. Now the ice maker…read moredrawer is frozen in place and is completely non functional, but Atlas claims it was broken before or a bad design by KitchenAid. We've had the fridge for 5 years without this issue, so that doesn't make sense It was not broken before - we were certainly able to open it when the ice would overflow, which is why we called them in the first place.
