Muddy Milk Tea and Safari Paradise Fruit Tea

TLDR: Brand new boba tea place in Garner offering a variety of tasty beverages and phenomenal customer service! Per the employees, their grand opening is this Saturday 6/15 and all drinks are $3! New boba tea place in Garner! WADA is located in the Timber Crossings Shopping Center between food lion and USPS. Boba tea is just what Garner needed and WADA offers a variety of beverages so you are bound to find something you like. What made WADA stand out is their incredibly friendly and enthusiastic employees and large beverage menu. Because of the layout, it almost looked empty from the outside. The "open" sign convinced me to walk in and I'm glad I did. The cafe is spacious with seating in the front and the ordering counter in the back. I felt so welcomed walking in the door. The employees greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance or had any questions about the menu. The menu options and descriptions are displayed clearly on the menu board. The drinks are customizable including % of sweetness, amount of ice, toppings, etc. I chose the Safari Paradise Fruit Tea (ice, no added sugar) and Muddy Milk Tea (ice, regular sweetness, extra boba). The size, flavor, and price is comparable to other boba places. They do seem to have more options available than other places and the tea base is stronger/more flavorful. Plus with the excellent customer service, great lighting, and indoor seating WADA is a step above. We did find the drinks too sweet for our preference, however, that's on us since fruit teas are sweet and I chose regular sweetness on the milk tea when it could have been modified. Definitely will be back to try some of their other offerings!

I had no idea Wada Boba was here in Garner! Located in the same plaza with food lion, big Ed's, and the post office so definitely convenient and a great local spot. They have online ordering which makes it very convenient. This is what I opted to do and my order was ready and waiting when I arrived. The shop is very clean and organized, sleek, minimal design. Great for catching up with company, doing work, or just taking a breath! The staff was friendly and helpful, made sure to remind me to shake up the cups due to the syrup at the bottom. Prices are very reasonable. I will continue to come back for sure.

I want this place to do really well because I want it to thrive for many many years to come. First, it doesn't taste "fake" or low quality which is my main concern for highly flavored drinks. Prices are also relatively reasonable. As you can tell by the pics I'm a mango fiend. We have made about a dozen different purchases & everything is so yummy. Please support this business so I can continue to benefit from its existence

I have been waiting FOREVER for a legit authentic milk tea shop to open up in the Raleigh area and was constantly disappointed...until now! I've lived in Asia and never could find anything as good as on my travels, then Wada opened up just down the street from me in Garner and the heavens opened up! I can't believe I got so lucky to have a place that's not only amazing, but so close to me! And the staff is so nice! My favorite is the Supreme Signature Milk Tea, but I've not had anything bad yet.

This is like our 4th/5th time here. I've never been disappointed. The service is great. They are very knowledgeable on their menu items. I didn't know what to order my first time there and the staff made suggestions and again I was not disappointed. I've taken my son and husband there The restaurant is extremely clean and bright. I hope this business thrives!!

Delicious and refreshing beverage with cute stuffies above the counter. Everyone there was friendly and didn't take long to serve! I highly recommend this place

The tea was tasty, but still very sweet even at 50% sweet. Service was not friendly. Overall an overpriced experience.

I am shocked I have not yet written a review for Boba Baba, when I go all the time!…read more I am a huge fan of their strawberry matcha, and more recently, of their butterfly fresca! Both drinks are delicious, and bonus points for also offering lactose-free/plant milk! But be warned, they do not offer the plant milk for certain drinks, since some are pre-mixed. Definitely ask before ordering! I would also highly recommend the puff pastries and mochi donuts! I had to search through my photos to find my favs: the ube puff pastry & the strawberry mochi donut. The puff pastry is a large portion, and heavier, so you can definitely share. The mochi donut is nice and light, so these are better to get more than one flavor to try.

I'd give this place a solid 3.5 stars--round up to 4 stars for nice customer service. Living in NC,…read morethere really isn't an abundant amount of boba places to venture to, but it seems like this place is highly recommended by college students and local boba enthusiasts. Being so used to many boba options back in CA, it kind of makes it feel weird to struggle to find a boba place nearby. The location is pretty convenient for college kids or adults to chill with friends. Lots of tables and even a shelf with some board games you could play if you had an hour or two to pass in the area. I can't remember the name of the drink, but I remember it having butterfly pea and lemon... or yuzu. Drink is aesthetically pleasing, but I'm not sure if I tasted what the drink mentioned. Still, nice attempt at being trendy with the boba menu. Maybe they're known for their milk teas here? It was quite busy when we can on a Saturday evening before closing. :) Drinks took around 10 ish minutes to make, but staff were quick to take orders and make drinks. If I remember correctly, there were two people working that day-- least in the front!

Feng Cha is an excellent, tea forward boba tea shop. I am a big tea snob and need to taste the tea…read moreflavor over all the sugar and toppings and Feng Cha really delivers. They're one of the few places Ive been to that offers lactaid as a milk option and I truly believe lactaid is the best milk for milk teas, so I absolutely love this option. The staff is very pleasant and kind, however they weren't very knowledgeable about tea. When I asked what type of black tea they used, all 3 employees were perplexed and said "it just says black." Upon tasting it, I could tell it was Ceylon, which is one of my favorites, but I do think the employees should work on being a bit more educated on their products. The store itself was setup really great for a group of a few friends and sit and chat while they drink their tea, however the chairs and tables were definitely "used", if you will. Not falling apart but a bit grubby. Overall, the tea quality is so good and the atmosphere good enough that Ill keep going back.

Tried Feng Cha's new Ube Matcha latte for the first time, which cost around $8 with the boba at 75%…read moresugar level, and I was slightly dissatisfied. First, here are the positives: + Combination of ube and matcha give the drink a Dubai chocolate-like taste. + Fast and more friendly (compared to a few times before customer service. + Relaxing atmosphere with bright and welcoming decorations. And here's a major negative: - For an $8+ drink (including boba), the size just does not justify it. Base price without boba is around $7 but wish they included a free topping already. Compare that to Bobo Baba - which has similar price range - you just get more bang for your buck there. Would I order this again? 50% sure just to let my wife and her mother taste it for content. But me? I might stick to Feng Cha's brown sugar and mango drinks, which were more satisfying.
