Having not heard from him, I texted him for an update. Mid February I received the quote & agreed to the proposal & requested he add painting the the master bath. Mid March I received the quote for the with painting of the master bath included & agreed to the proposal. Joe responded & advised it would be 4-6 weeks. Having not heard from him at the end of May I emailed him & he advised it would be mid June before he could make it. It's now August & still haven't heard from him. One of his trucks was parked in front of a house 2 doors from me last week.

Came out that Saturday afternoon we called him and was honest with us and what he charged us was more than reasonable. It's important to me to be able to trust people are not over charging you or telling you that you need parts replaced you really do not need. We will definitely be using him in the future for some more home projects we have. I trust him and recommend him. He does great work. Very knowledgeable. And very reasonably priced.

I am now in the process of selling this house and the inspector for the buyer found a bunch of stuff that was done incorrectly when the HWH was installed. So I contacted Tom to ask him to come out and make the necessary fixed, as soon as i told him specifically what was wrong with the HWH, he ghosted me and stopped taking my calls or answering my texts. I had to pay another company $718 to come out and fix all of his mistakes. that company told me they had seen inexperienced home owners do a better job than this, so called, professional did. I would steer clean of Tom and LHR and hire a more reputable company if i were you!!
