A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They used a mobile cherry picker to lift a man up to the top of the trees, so there was no damage to the trees by climbing. They cleaned up all of the moss and trimmings and left the work site clean. I also had a tree removed and the stump ground out. They cleaned up everything and left the place looking better than before.
