I was super excited to finally get to use The Tree Lady Company because I had heard so many good things. I had other quotes that were significantly lower but I decided to use The Tree Lady Company. To say that I am disappointed is a huge understatement. While the crew was wonderful and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, a sentimental piece of yard art that a good friend of mine had made for me was broken. But that's not what I'm giving the 1 star for. I specifically asked for all the dead twigs to be removed because they are constantly falling out of the tree. I did not realize in the quote that they will only do 2 inches diameter or more so I misunderstood the job and I would have NEVER hired them if they were not going to do what I asked for. When I reviewed the tree with the owner, I specifically asked that all the loose branches/twigs be taken down so I assumed that's what would happen. Unfortunately I am left with all these dead twigs still in my tree. The response from the lady in the office was that it would be another $800 on top of what I already paid which was already much higher than my other quotes. So so so disappointed. The Tree Lady then responded to my review on Google shifting the responsibility to me as the customer. Their response is too long to post here but this is mine: Response: no way shape or form did they move anything. I asked them if they would move it if they thought it would get damaged nothing was moved and yet my piece of yard work which was by the driveway was broken. As for the raccoons... It took very little time to get the raccoons out of the tree, maybe 10 or 15 minutes so that is fairly insignificant to the amount of time that was spent on my property. MORE time was spent cutting the neighbor's tree because of the severe damage done by the lift when your crew could not navigate around the branch​ that eventually had to be cut because of that damage. I8 made it ABUNDANTLY clear that I wanted the deadwood cleared out and it made no sense to leave it there since your crew was in that part of the tree which is lower to the ground and easily accessible. We are not talking about trimming small branches, we are talking about removing DEAD wood. Why would any reputable company that cares about their customer satisfaction leave dead wood behind? This is sheer laziness and bad customer service. I do not accept your response and will continue to be disappointed while you attempt to put the burden on me. It might have taken an additional 10-15 minutes to clear out the deadwood. I do not have the means to reach it myself or I would have and that was why I hired you. Poor choice on my behalf.

Mark brought over what seems to be a small Army. The entire crew was professional, friendly and safety conscious. Mark and his crew had the right equipment for the job, there was no second guessing, the crew knew what to do and they did the job extremely well and were precise with every cut they did. The only damage done was to the problematic tree I wanted down. I will be calling Treetime for future tree maintenance.

These guys have the know-how, equipment and the manpower to do the job well and quickly (including bucket truck, mulcher). Removal was included in the price. They clean up the debris. They grind out roots. Licensed, bonded, insured. On 3 occasions recently they also came in at low bid of 3 companies bidding. They do commercial & residential. They provide willing advice but will do your preference. They are good about scheduling and showing up on time--or early! While here, 2 neighbors came with requests and they were able to accommodate their trees, too. A+ company.

Found them on the Better Business Bureau site. I was in need of having a few large oak trees…read moretrimmed. It took a bit to hear back about the quote, but ended up being the lowest of the companies I called. They were scheduled to come on a Thursday, but didn't make it until Friday. Four guys came with two trucks and a chipper. They worked for probably around 5 hours and really cleaned up all of my trees. They did some minor damage to the tops of my fences, but I wasn't shocked due to how close the trees are to them. They completely cleaned up the work areas and used blowers to get rid of as much as the chips as they could. I would call them again once the trees need to be trimmed again!
