This is my first experience at a Waffle House and I was pleasantly surprised. I stopped by to purchase a gift card and decided to stay for breakfast. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. It was made to order and served hot. The rest of the table ordered the All Star Breakfast, pecan waffle and a chocolate chip waffle. The All Star Breakfast seemed to be the best value. You get two eggs, bacon, grits toast and a waffle. All of the waffles start with the same base and they add whatever topping that you order to it. My partner and I are at this Waffle House pretty often and we always have a good experience. Today was no exception-- delicious and greasy, just perfect. Our server Emily was also great to chat with, we will definitely be looking for her next time we're there. My only gripe is that they are getting too big for their britches price wise-- two burger meals, drinks, and a waffle to share was $41, which is pretty ridiculous for the ingredient quality. Well all I can say is that I'm super disappointed. I was really looking forward to going to Waffle House but unfortunately I didn't stay. I walked in and was not greeted at all. I took a seat and patently waited for someone to acknowledge me. Waited almost ten minutes. Nothing. Not a single person approached me or even said "hi. We'll be right with you" if they had only just acknowledged me. Just a note, they were not overly busy. There were more employees than customers. Anyway, I got up and left (still no acknowledgement) drive a few extra miles and went to IHOP and so glad I did! My family has tried this place 3 times since it has opened ( couple of months ). They have twice as many staff as other waffle houses but are 3 times slower. The food was okay but every time we have come they always miss some item and end up magically bringing ( the side of bacon ) after the check hits the table. The waffles are not as good as they are at other waffle houses around the country. I would not recommend this location -- it's sad because we where so looking forward to having a Waffle House next door to our house. read more

Unbelievable - rudest staff ever. We loved going to Waffle House before moving here, and were happy to see one open. After waiting a few months until there wasn't a line out the door we went in to try here one Sunday afternoon. The counter was filled with people in Waffle House uniforms eating, and there was no one else waiting for a seat. We stood there for a few minutes and no one said anything. We then saw a guy cleaning a table so we headed over to it. He said sheepishly "it's taken" (although there was no one waiting inside or outside for a table). We sat down by the door and waited for a table when in walks four teenagers who sit down at that table that was being held by the buss boy.
