We saw Breanna when we ordered, as the runner put down our meal-she asked if it looked okay. We never saw her again until we were done with our meal. Not checking on us after we've taken a bite, asked for refills, tried to offer desserts-nothing. It wasn't that busy so very discouraging that you couldn't check on us, remove a plate, grab a drink... nothing. We would probably come back because of the menu but customer service is everything. My husband got the Maple Bacon with apple pie cream cheese and he agreed the excessive cream cheese ruined it. One of my sons got the hot Cheeto bagel with plain cream cheese. (Which you have to request it toasted, I thought that was the norm and you request if you didn't want it toasted?) I can't really comment on the service. And I never someone anyone out cleaning tables or helping guests beyond the counter.
