I placed my order for a simple chicken salad sub and after waiting for about 10 mins and seeing people who placed their orders after me receive their food, I asked Joyce what was taking so long with my food? Another employee entered the conversation saying I had a cold sub and their priority was hot subs. At this point, I was there about 20 mins., so I asked for a refund. Instead of apologizing and making the situation right the employees got an attitude. I had to wait another 10 mins for a refund that I never received to this day 4/3/26. After speaking to the store manager he agreed that hot food comes first and that is completely ridiculous. I thought food was made in the order it was received. He was just as rude as the employees so I see why everyone at this location lacks customer service skills. I asked him for corporate number which he never gave. I found it on-line and left two voicemails on 4/1/26 and 4/3/26 to which no one has called back. So I'm done going back and forth. I'll do what's next.
